Nachhaltigkeit im Hotel Eden Roc Atemberaubende Aussichten, reinste Luft und kristallklares Wasser umgeben die Häuser der Tschuggen Hotel Group. Der anhaltende Schutz der Umwelt liegt uns am Herzen. Mit nachhaltiger Bautätigkeit, optimiertem Einsatz von Ressourcen, entsprechender Schulung unserer Mitarbeitenden und einer lokalen Verbundenheit nehmen wir unsere Verantwortung wahr. Wir sind überzeugt, dass viele Schritte den Weg zu einem nachhaltigen Umgang mit natürlichen Ressourcen weisen.

- Seit 2019 ist die Tschuggen Hotel Group die erste 100% klimaneutrale Luxushotelgruppe der Schweiz und beweist so, dass aktiver Klimaschutz auch bei höchsten Ansprüchen möglich ist.

- Bereits seit 2013 haben wir uns verpflichtet die Energieeffizienz unserer Häuser in Zusammenarbeit mit der Energie Agentur der Wirtschaft fortlaufend zu optimieren.

- Für all unsere Häuser nutzen wir ausserdem ausschliesslich zertifizierten Strom aus Alpiner Wasserkraft.

- Sämtliche unvermeidbare Emissionen werden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stiftung myclimate vollumfänglich kompensiert.

- Durch die Initiative „Cause We Care“ der Schweizer Stiftung myclimate erhalten unsere Gäste die Möglichkeit, unseren Beitrag für den Klimaschutz zu unterstützen, ihre An- und Abreise zu kompensieren, und klimaneutral zu reisen. Der kompensierte Beitrag fliesst zu 100% an myclimate und unterstützt das Virunga Berggorilla-Projekt im Volcanoes Nationalpark in Ruanda.

- Beim Neubau des Valsana Hotel & Appartements in Arosa wurde ein Energiekonzept basierend auf einem Eisspeicher umgesetzt. Es wird komplett auf fossile Brennstoffe verzichtet und somit die gesamte Gebäudetechnik vollkommen CO2-neutral operiert.

Roomservice: 661 Auf Wunsch wird Ihnen das Frühstück auch im Hotelzimmer serviert. Servicezeit: 24 Stunden. FUNDGEGENSTÄNDE: TASTE ”CONCIERGE”, 670 Bitte geben Sie Fundgegenstände beim Concierge ab. Von uns gefundene Objekte werden 18 Monate lang aufbewahrt und dem Eigentümer nur auf Verlangen zugestellt. Das Hotel übernimmt allerdings keine Haftung für zurückgelassene und nicht gefundene Gegenstände.

G GARAGE: TASTE ”CONCIERGE”, 670 Unseren Hotelgästen stehen zwei Tiefgaragen zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch parkiert einer unserer Logenmitarbeiter gerne Ihr Fahrzeug in einer unserer Einstellhallen. Die tägliche Parkgebühr von CHF 40 wird Ihnen direkt auf Ihre Hotelrechnung verbucht. Für fremdverschuldete Parkschäden übernimmt das Hotel keine Haftung.

GELDWECHSEL Die Réception wechselt Ihnen gerne Euro, US-Dollar und Britische Pfund in CHF zu Hoteltageskursen. Das Schweizer Gesetz verlangt dafür die Vorlage eines Ausweises oder Passes.

HUNDE In der Eden Roc Marina sind Hunde sowohl in den Zimmern, dem Restaurant als auch in der Lounge erlaubt. Sie sind im öffentlichen Bereich an der Leine zu führen.

Im Hotel Eden Roc sind wohlerzogene Hunde an der Leine zu führen. Mit Ausnahme der Eden Bar haben sie zu den öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten sowie zur Gartenanlage jedoch keinen Zutritt.

Sollten Sie für Ihren Hund etwas Zusätzliches benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Hausdame.

I INTERNET: TASTE ”CONCIERGE”, 670 Unseren Gästen stehen im Internet-Corner des Hotel Eden Roc zwei Computer mit Drucker und Internetzugang zur Verfügung.

Ausserdem bietet Ihnen das Hotel dank Public Wireless LAN auf dem gesamten Hotelareal kostenfreien Zugriff auf das Internet. Entsprechende Zugangsdaten erhalten Sie an der Réception.

KINDER: TASTE ”HOUSEKEEPING”, 608 Falls Sie ein Kinderbett benötigen, kontaktieren Sie bitte unsere Hausdame.

Kindergarten: Taste ”Concierge”, 670 In unserem Mini-Club im Hotel Eden Roc betreuen wir, während der Hochsaison, unsere kleinen Gäste (ab 3 Jahren) tagsüber kostenfrei. Wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Concierge, der Ihnen auch gerne die Öffnungszeiten mitteilt.

Kinderprogramm: Taste ”Concierge”, 670 Unser Concierge informiert Sie gerne über unsere aktuellen Angebote im Haus. Ebenso haben wir – speziell für unsere Kinder – zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung zusammengestellt.

KLIMAANLAGE Alle Zimmer sind mit einer individuell bedienbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Temperatur kann mit der +/- Taste, die Ventilation mit der < > Taste (im Eden Roc II mit den Ventilationstasten unterschiedlicher Grösse) verändert werden. Die Akklimatisierung benötigt jedoch etwas Zeit.

Bei offenem Fenster funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht. Im Bedarfsfall kontaktieren Sie bitte die Réception oder die Hausdame.

KREDITKARTEN Wir akzeptieren folgende Kreditkarten: American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Diners Club, EDC-Maestro, China Union Pay, Twint sowie Postcard.

SAFE / WERTGEGENSTÄNDE Das Hotel kann für Diebstähle in den Zimmern und in den öffentlichen Räumen nicht haftbar gemacht werden.

Alle Gästezimmer sind mit modernsten SAFE PLACE-Sicherheitsschränken ausgerüstet. Die genaue Anleitung finden Sie auf dem Safe.

Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass an der Réception weitere Schliessfächer kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehen. Eine Haftung des Hotels besteht nur insofern, als dass dem Hotelier bzw. seinen Mitarbeitern ein Verschulden nachgewiesen werden kann. Versicherungsdeckung für Wertsachen (ausgenommen Bargeld) bis CHF 5’000. Bargeld ist nicht versichert.

SCHLÜSSEL / SCHLÜSSELKARTE Bei Ankunft erhalten Sie Ihren Zimmerschlüssel bzw. Ihre persönliche Schlüsselkarte. Der Concierge händigt Ihnen gerne einen Zweitschlüssel aus. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, den/die Schlüssel sorgfältig aufzubewahren. Bei Verlust wird seitens des Hotel Eden Roc jegliche Haftung abgelehnt und eine Gebühr von CHF 100 für verlorene Zimmerschlüssel berechnet.

SCHUHPUTZ-SERVICE: TASTE ”CONCIERGE”, 670 Gerne putzen wir Ihre Schuhe. Bitte stellen Sie diese abends vor Ihre Zimmertüre. Sie werden sie dann am nächsten Morgen gereinigt wieder vor Ihrer Zimmertüre vorfinden.

SICHERHEIT Bei uns können Sie sich sicher fühlen. Das Hotel Eden Roc ist mit einer automatischen Brandmeldeanlage überwacht. Die automatischen Brandmelder lösen unverzüglich Alarm aus.

Durch den roten Alarmtaster ist das Auslösen des Alarms auch manuell möglich (Scheibe einschlagen, Knopf drücken). Missbrauch wird bestraft.

Was tun, wenn es brennt?

• Alarmieren Sie den Concierge ( 670) und Ihre Zimmernachbarn!

• Bewahren Sie Ruhe.

• Folgen Sie den Anweisungen der Mitarbeiter.

• Keine Aufzüge benutzen.

• Verlassen Sie das Hotel durch die Notausgänge.

Der Treffpunkt/Sammelplatz ist der Parkplatz gegenüber des Hotelgebäudes.

Bei Rauch im Flur: • Schliessen Sie die Zimmertüre.

SPA INFORMATIONEN: TASTE ”EDEN ROC SPA”, 617 Der Zugang zum Eden Roc Spa ist jeweils im Erdgeschoss. Die Spa Réception befindet sich gegenüber vom Restaurant La Brezza im Eden Roc 2. Die beiden Gebäude Eden Roc 1 und Eden Roc 2 sind mit einer Passarelle im 1. Untergeschoss miteinander verbunden.

In Ihrem Zimmer finden Sie einen Bademantel und Slippers sowie eine Spa-Tasche.

Das gesamte Wellnessangebot befindet sich in der Gäste-Informationsmappe auf Ihrem Schreibtisch.

Bademäntel In Ihrem Badezimmer finden Sie zwei Bademäntel vor. Sie können damit ideal vom Zimmer in den Eden Roc Spa gelangen. In den Restaurants des Hotels und den öffentlichen Räumen des Hotels bitten wir um entsprechende Kleidung. Auch für Kinder stehen verschiedene Bademantelgrössen zur Verfügung.

SUSTAINABILITY IN THE HOTEL EDEN ROC Breathtaking views, clean air and crystal clear waters surround the properties of the Tschuggen Hotel Group. The lasting protection of the environment is crucial to us. With sustainable construction projects, an optimized use of resources, proper training for our employees and local connections we act upon our own responsibility. We are convinced that several measures are necessary for a more sustainable use of environmental resources.

– The Tschuggen Hotel Group is the first 100% climate-neutral luxury hotel group in Switzerland, proving that highest service standards can be combined with a sustainable ethos.

– Already since 2013, the Tschuggen Hotel Group has worked in partnership with the Swiss Private Sector Energy Agency (EnAW) to optimise our ongoing efforts towards energy efficiency across all our hotels.

– For all our hotels we use only electricity generated exclusively from Alpine hydropower.

– We are working with the non-profit foundation myclimate to completely offset all remaining emissions.

– The „Cause We Care” project of myclimate gives our guests the opportunity to support our contribution to climate protection, to compensate their journey to and from our hotels and to travel climate-neutrally. 100% of the guest contributions go towards the myclimate efficient cookstove project in support of the Virunga Mountain Gorilla Project at Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda.

– An energy concept based on an „ice battery” was realised for the new construction of the Valsana Hotel & Appartements in Arosa. Fossil fuels are completely avoided and the entire building technology operates completely CO2 neutral.

– As soon as possible, general conversion to technical systems that reduce energy consumption (heat pumps, no fossil fuels).

– We have significantly reduced the amount of drinking water we use by installing special tap aerators.

– Wherever possible, we try to purchase Swiss products and to support local producers and suppliers.

– Breakfast buffets are deliberately stocked regionally – We purchase our food from sustainable sources (for example, meat that complies with strict animal welfare standards and fish from sustainable fisheries).

(À l’Eden Roc 2 vous pouvez régler la ventilation avec les touches pour les différentes gradations de ventilation). L’acclimatation requiert toutefois un peu de temps. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte. En cas de besoin, n’hésitez pas à vous adresser à la Réception ou à la Gouvernante.

COFFRE-FORT / OBJETS DE VALEUR L’hôtel ne peut être rendu responsable pour les vols commis dans les chambres et les locaux publics.

E EDEN ROC SPA: TOUCHE ”EDEN ROC SPA”, 617 L’entrée du spa se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. La réception du spa est située en face du restaurant La Brezza de l’Eden Roc 2. Les deux bâtiments Eden Roc 1 et Eden Roc 2 sont reliés par une passerelle qui se trouve au premier sous-sol.

Vous trouverez dans votre chambre un peignoir, une paire de mules ainsi qu’un sac spa.

Peignoir Deux peignoirs sont à votre disposition dans votre salle de bains. Vous pouvez ainsi accéder directement de votre chambre au spa de l’Eden Roc. Sauna L’espace sauna de l’Eden Roc 1 dispose d’un sauna finlandais (90°C) et d’un sanarium (65°C) dans la zone mixte (sans maillot) ainsi que d’un sauna réservé aux dames (65°C). Les enfants de moins de 16 ans doivent être accompagnés d’un adulte s’ils utilisent le sauna ou le sanarium.

S SÉCURITÉ Dans notre établissement, vous êtes en sécurité. L’Hotel Eden Roc est équipé d’un système d’alarme incendie automatique. Les détecteurs d’incendie automatiques déclenchent immédiatement l’alarme.

Le bouton d’alarme rouge permet également de déclencher manuellement l’alarme (casser la vitre, appuyer sur le bouton). Les abus seront sanctionnés.

Que faire, en cas d’incendie?

• Alertez le concierge ( 670) et les voisins de chambre.

• Gardez votre sang froid.

• Suivez les instructions des collaborateurs.

• Ne pas utiliser l’ascenseur.

• Quittez l’hôtel par les issues de secours. Le lieu de rassemblement se trouve sur le parking en face de l’entrée principale de l’Hôtel Eden Roc.

SICUREZZA L’Hotel Eden Roc è dotato di un impianto automatico di rilevazione d’incendi. In caso d’incendio i rilevatori faranno immediatamente scattare l’allarme.

Piscina interna ed esterna (32°C), 150 m2 con getto per massaggio alla nuca, vasca idromassaggio con lettini subacquei massaggianti (34°C) e piscina esterna (26°C), 200 m2. Il percorso MaggiaKneipp offre il gioco di alternanza dall’acqua fredda a 14°C all’acqua calda a 34°C. Reception La reception della Spa si trova di fronte al ristorante La Brezza nell’Eden Roc 2.

Sauna Nell’ambiente sauna dell’Eden Roc 1 sono presenti la sauna finlandese (90°C) e il sanarium (65°C) nella zona mista nonché una sauna riservata alle donne (65°C). L’accesso alla sauna e al sanarium per i ragazzi fino ai 16 anni è consentito solo se sono accompagnati da un adulto.
