The finest real estate agents and property consultants from the United States, Canada, South America, Central America and the Caribbean gathered at the glamorous Governor’s House Hotel in London on Friday, December 6th to attend a glittering gala and hear the long-anticipated results of the International Property Awards regional competition. She made the market on Swiss Avenue by selling a home on Swiss for 5 times higher than any previous sale. She sold the one of the largest estates in Lakewood, with over 7,000 sq. ft. on 3.3 acres. She sold the largest sold in Plano, a 12,444 sq. ft. Kings Gate home after it was previously listed with other brokers for 8 years. She sold Lee Trevino’s Strait Lane estate and a 12,000 sq. ft. home in Willow Bend Country. Marilyn sold a 35,000 sq. ft. waterfront estate for the full price in only 24 days. This home is believed to be the largest waterfront estate sold in the country. This estate was previously listed with another international broker and did not sell. Marilyn also sold a $9,995,000 Dallas Penthouse in only 79 days after it was listed previously with another broker for 807 days. One of her most famous sales was the largest home sold in Alabama, an 18,000 sq. ft. home on 900 acres, sold to the owners of a Scottish castle. Marilyn does the most unique marketing in the world, with real estate exhibits at such prestigious events as the Cavallino Classic Yacht Hop in Palm Beach, the Bal de la Mer in Monte Carlo, the Yacht Extravaganza at Fisher Island, the Military Ball in New York, the Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction, the Breeders World Cup, the Rolex Three Day Event, the Winter Equestrian Festival, and at a charity gala at Mar a Lago, Donald Trump’s Palm Beach estate. Marilyn’s polo team recently played in Santa Barbara with renowned polo legend, Carlos Gracida, heading the team. Marilyn donates champion Arabian horses to many charity auctions, such as the Watermill Gala in Southampton, where her donation sold for $35,000 to a European princess. At the Best Buddies Gala, her donation sold for $25,000 to Anne Randolph Hearst. At the Cattle Baron’s auction, her donations are over $206,000 and she is the only broker to have a real estate exhibit at this event.
