Contract negotiations are conducted between the buyer’s and seller’s attorneys. After all the terms of the contract are agreed upon, you will sign the contract.

If you are selling a co-op or condominium a board application is required. I will review the board application with the buyer’s broker to make sure that is complete before it is submitted to the board for approval. After the board application is approved the closing can be scheduled.
