RICARDO COSTA CEO, LUXIMO’S Ricardo Costa, natural da cidade do Porto, concluiu a sua licenciatura em Economia, pela Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto, no ano de 1996.

TRANSPORTES DESDE O AEROPORTO O brilhante aeroporto, Francisco Sá Carneiro, situa-se a 11 km do centro da cidade, numa das mais importantes áreas industriais e comerciais do país.

Actualmente, 15 companhias aéreas operam regularmente neste aeroporto com voos para 65 destinos diferentes. Existem ainda várias companhias aéreas de “baixo custo”, com voos directos para Londres, Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt, Amesterdão, etc…

A Quinta possui ainda uma unidade de Agro-turismo, que resulta da remodelação da Casa Senhorial brasonada do séc. XIII, com materiais nobres, combinando um estilo moderno com os traços e elementos do passado e da sua história. Existe uma piscina coberta interior climatizada, com vista panorâmica e acesso directo ao jardim circundante. A piscina tem balneários e instalações sanitárias, dispondo ainda de um equipamento de Banho Turco.

Situa-se a 2 horas do Aeroporto do Porto, a 40 minutos da estância de ski da Serra da Estrela e a 5 minutos do centro de Gouveia (centro de saúde, clínicas, escolas, comércio).

PERÍODOS DE VALIDADE: A autorização de residência temporária é válida pelo período de um ano, contado a partir da data da respectiva emissão, podendo ser renovada por períodos sucessivos de dois anos, desde que se mantenham os requisitos necessários para a sua concessão. Depois deste período poderá requerer a naturalização, desde que cumpridos os requisitos necessários.

concedida nestes termos, os nacionais de países estrangeiros, deverão regularizar a sua estada em Portugal dentro do prazo de 90 dias, a contar da primeira entrada em território nacional (obtendo, nos casos em que é necessário, um visto de curta duração - visto Schengen - emitido pelo consulado português no país de origem) e fazer prova dos requisitos quantitativos mínimos relativos à actividade de investimento escolhida.

Para efeitos da renovação, os requerentes devem demonstrar ter permanecido em território nacional durante, pelo menos 7 dias no primeiro ano (seguidos ou interpolados) e 14 dias em cada um dos períodos de dois anos subsequentes (seguidos ou interpolados).

THE KEY TO ACCESS EUROPE OBTAINING A RESIDENCE PERMIT WITH THE ACQUISITION OF THE REAL ESTATE IN PORTUGAL GENERAL PRINCIPLES With the introduction of this mechanism it is now possible for a temporary residence permit to be granted without the need to first obtain a residence visa if the foreign national, personally or through a company, makes an investment that leads to the acquisition of real estate of a value equal to or greater than EUR 500 000.

The investment chosen by the applicant for the residence permit must have been made at the time the application for the

residence permit is presented and must be maintained for a minimum period of five years from the date the residence permit is granted.

VALIDITY PERIODS The temporary residence permit is valid for the period of one year from the date of issue and may be renewed for successive periods of two years as long as the conditions necessary for it to be granted remain in place. After that period Portuguese Citizenship may be requested.

For the residence permit to be granted under these terms, foreign nationals must regularize their stay in Portugal within 90 days of their first entry into the country (obtaining, in cases in which it is necessary,

a short term visa – Schengen visa – issued by the Portuguese Consulate in the country of origin) and prove they have met the minimum quantitative requirements for the chosen investment activity.

For the purposes of renewal, applicants must demonstrate that they have stayed in Portugal for at least 7 days (continuous or not) in the first year and 14 days (continuous or not) in each subsequent period of two years.
