BRUTALE
Rugged. Raw. Severe. If there’s one architectural style that has challenged and provoked throughout the years, it’s likely to be the Brutalist aesthetic. Stripped of cozy textures and warm hues, Brutalism is a celebration of the beauty found in raw materials; taking something with unrefined attributes to create a piece that is lauded for its rebellious spirit. We kept this same spirit in mind when we were designing Brutale.
Tiers of organic Venetian glass, modeled after a brutalist sculpture, hang heavy yet light as air on strands of fine jewelers chain – like icicles melted in the winter sun and then frozen once more. Each Brutale element, cast in quartz sand, glows with a fine molten texture and exudes utter sophistication in its most raw form.

LE MARAIS
There’s something about Paris. Well, actually, we’ll admit it; when it comes to style, Paris is everything. Strolling the cobbled streets of the 4th arrondissement, the Marais, is a feast for the eyes - the stately yet tranquil Place des Voges; antiques in Village St-Paul; and of course the Musée Picasso.
It was at this last stop that we fell in love with the simple, yet profoundly gorgeous Giacometti sculptures. When we came back home, we couldn’t wait to create a fixture that paid homage to the graceful architectural lines of his plaster masterpieces. The lines may be delicate but, with our artisan’s use of magically modern materials, the fixtures are built for a lifetime.

When you’re wandering the streets of Florence or Milan, it can be a challenge to reach your destination on time as every shop beckons and captivates. That’s because Italians have a way of making everything more beautiful. Their design may seem effortless but of course, like everything good, it’s the result of expert craftspeople who are passionate about making only the very best.
Our Pirelli fixture is a primo example of just this type of artistry. Each curvaceous petal is hand-blown in Venezia and then thoughtfully assembled to create a modernist floral spectacle. Crafted in transcendent and understated Cristale and Opalino glass with two choices of tiered pendant sizes.

Some of the most beautiful crystals come from Brazil, which is where we traveled to source our decorative details for Roxi. Each Brazilian quartz rock crystal point is hand-hewn, then we gather hundreds together to craft an ethereal halo. Offered in three stunning configurations, Roxi is at once organic and architectural.

GIO MEDICI
Bringing together two seemingly disparate aesthetics sometimes yields the most noteworthy and highly regarded work in the world of design.
From Alexander McQueen utilizing dark shadows of the afterlife in his beautifully designed couture gowns to an interior designer outfitting a stark loft space with glamorous and colorful mid-century modern furniture, the sheer juxtaposition of the two worlds helps to elevate the design aesthetic.
We kept this mindset while creating our Gio Medici chandelier, a true hybrid of architectural lines and organic flair. The jewelry-inspired cuffs that adorn each light marries perfectly with the modernist silhouette of the chandelier, which comes in multiple frame configurations. Each cuff, visually inspired by the delicate shape of the acanthus leaf, cradles hand-blown opal or seeded glass cylinders of light.

PORTIA
Nature excels at symmetry. The intricate hexagons of honeycomb. The nautilus shell’s perfect spiral. The Byzantine circular webs that orb spiders weave overnight. But it takes a very special kind of human artist to recreate shapes that are perfectly alike time after time after time.
For our Portia fixture, though, that was exactly what was needed to create the perfect piece. So we found artisans in Venezia to hand blow the glass into symmetrical and equally weighted circular elements or rondels. Based on ancient armor, carefully crafted multiple tiers of overlapping rondels create a superbly sculptured silhouette. Choose sophisticated Opalino White, warm Crème Brûlée—or both.

Whenever we’re strolling the antique markets in our favorite cities and see something big, colorful and bold, we get a jolt of excitement. There’s a power in such audacity, in not being afraid to stand out from the crowd.
After falling in love with the huge and rustic ceramic vessels we saw in Provence, we came home determined to make a bold statement of our own. Each of the artsan-blown glass shades of our Sorbonne fixture are a gorgeously grand 18” tall! And because we like nothing more than unexpected delight in a fixture, we’ve designed these with a deliciously modern-meets-organic feel, the rippling texture of the ‘water glass’ meeting perfectly with luxurious plated metals.

You look for the fireplace or—though you know it doesn’t make sense—a campfire like the ones you used to gather around as a child. But then you look up and see the source of the magic; the sleek yet industrial form of Fiammi.
Each individually crafted, extra-thick glass shade takes more than 16 hours of hand blowing and annealing to achieve the organic flame facet it so gracefully reflects on the wall. Captivating in single-tier options or, for grand-scale dazzle, go for the truly spectacular 48” double-tier version.
Hand-hewn slabs of cast textured glass face one another like forbidden lovers – close but never touching – divided by a fissure of glowing light. More sculpture than light fixture, the unique use of material – illuminated mysteriously from within like night time cloud cloaking an autumn moon –creates a dramatic, modern accent.
