Signed confirmation and deposit is required 30 days prior to event date to guarantee Estimate price and date.
Event Schematics should be provided 30 days prior to event.
Custom items must be confirmed by signature and deposit paid 90 days prior to event.
Technician/Attendant and Strike Crew over-time charge will be applied for each additional hour passed confirmed event time.
Over-time rates apply to all US Federal Holidays, including Good Friday (Easter), Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Negligent damage or missing items, will incur a repair of replacement fee.
Meals are required for on-site staff, technicians and attendant.
Rain call must be made to cancel/relocate event 4 hours prior to set time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Changes must be requested and confirmed in writing on this work order 3 days before the event. A 50% surcharge will be applied to any additional service that is requested within 24 hours of set.
A 25% charge for Production Manager and Set/Strike will be applied to the invoice if this estimate is not signed/confirmed 3 days before the event date.
100% Payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
