How to Order

1. Select Format

We have 3 standard calendar formats for you to choose from: A3 Wall (420x297mm); Desktop (130x250mm); and CD Case (107x184mm). Wall and Desktop calendars are wire bound (white) and the CD Case calendar comes in a recyclable, clear case.

2. Select Images We have 8 images ranges for you to choose from or you can provide your own images at no extra charge*. See pages 4 - 10 to view ranges available. Each image category has set pictures for each month. * Bespoke images must be provided in the following format otherwise you may incur artwork charges: To ensure printing is to a high standard please supply artwork as high resolution (300 dpi) actual sized TIFF or JPEG formats. Artwork is best received by post.

3. Personalise There are 3 standard layouts for each calendar format - see page 11. Please visit our website www.charitycalendars.co.uk to view in more detail.

Once you have selected your layout you can then add your logo and company information.

All information will be displayed in the same way for each month on the calendar.

4. Artwork for Logos Please send artwork via post or email. For best quality printing, our preferred logo format is Adobe Illustrator EPS with Pantones embedded. Alternatively, high resolution (300 dpi) TIFF or JPEG formats are acceptable.

5. Support a Charity For every calendar sold in 2013, 10% of the retail price will be returned to your chosen charity. If you select more than one charity, the contribution is divided equally between the chosen charities. Choose from over 60 charities.

Once your order has been placed we’ll send you an email acknowledgment within a day and a free pdf proof of your order for approval within 3 days.

Delivery - From signing your proof off we aim to deliver your calendars to you within 14 days. Please order early as delivery times closer to December may increase. Delivery is by registered couriers and must be signed for on receipt.

Mailing - We can mail your calendars out on your behalf - saving you time and hassle. All you need to do is supply your mailing list. Contact us now for a quote!

Our standard terms apply to all orders. Please visit our website for a full list of our terms and conditions. We only accept changes and cancellations of orders in writing.

Please note, any corrections and retouch work required is charged at as follows: Retouch logo £25; Authors corrections/inc 2nd proof £12. One colour printing other than Black, set up charge £20.
