Managing a through the CEO of one fashion brand which reached 1,2 M business account instagram, she's named Nissa Khoirina.Her personal account reached 80,1K.
I tasked to plan and conceptualized her topics content to collaborated with other influencer. I make 16-20 plans video contents per week.
Distributed a pilar content that is match to each platform. I devided the pilars in 4 segmentations that suitable with her performance:

in preparation steps, i make some option contents to be ready for use or consideration. Ready is about able to do and deal with the client (Nissa Khoirina). If it possible, the preparation and concept would be continue to the execution project which means recording and shooting steps.
in final after the execution i supervised the team whose shoot the client to be edited the video as a content that suitable with the client's wishes, before it would be uploded in youtube platforms.
