LUNIK BERLIN VERLAG : 'METROPOLIS, BERLIN', 104 EXCITING BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS (2018 TO 2020) BY BARBARA WOLFF - FROM THE CHANGING CITY, PROVOCATION AND CHAOS, SECRETS AND VISIONS TO FAMOUS TECHNO CLUBS IN THE CORONA YEAR 2020
With Barbara Wolff's photo art book "METROPOLIS, BERLIN" LUNIK BERLIN presents its debut as a publishing house for contemporary photography.
Wolff's photographs are not about classical city views. They are about a subjective view of Berlin in the present time. The pictures tell of people and their urban environment. Patterns of the city emerge, networks of relationships between people, architecture and (artificial) nature.
Originally posted on Instagram, the pictures of the Metropolis series are collected in a photo book and published by LUNIK BERLIN Verlag. Printed in the elaborate triplex print in one of the oldest printing houses in Germany (DZA Altenburg), bound in hardcover with linen to form a 136-page photo book.
