I l Te t t o w a s a c o n c e p t r e s t a u r a n t t h a t I designed for a university project. The restaurant was to be located on the corner of Newcastle and Charles st. W e s t P e r t h a n d o v e r l o o k t h e c i t y. A t t h e time, it would have been Perth’s first rooftop bar. Since then Perth has seen a boom in bars and restaurants of this style.
