15 I FRONT IS BACK
The case study house project is completely designed in orthographic “front” view, using mix of one point perspective. Use of perspective create false interior in the front of façade, it also generate negative spaces on an inside of the house located on the opposite side of the facade. All of the negative spaces are occupied by services spaces. The project is creating an effect of reversibility by repealing a typical program layout of the house. The most private spaces are moved to the front and public to the back. False-positive focuses on the issue of frontality and facaility of the “front” and the “back” of the house. The project completely disobeys both sides of the house based on location and narrow site condition.
