Development of a cultural and educational center in Cali, Colombia, starting from the concept of connecting voids. The idea was to propose in the project meeting places for people through voids in order to fill the lack of public space that this specific area of the city presented. Likewise these voids will allow the connection between spaces inside the building. The building adopts the typology of central courtyard in which most of the spaces are organized around it, giving importance to the great void inside.

02 URBAN RENOVATION PROJECT

this project located in the neighborhood Fatima of the city of Cali has as intention to propose an urban renewal of two of its blocks, making a redensification and proposing various types of housing, either multifamily or bifamily as well as social interest housing. Also it was proposed new uses in the area such as commerce on the ground floors of these homes with the intention of reactivating the area and attracting new visitors given that is a marginalized area of the city.

Development of a lineal park in the neighborhood of Ciudad Cordoba in Cali. The intention of the project is to improve the local dynamics and activities that are already developed on a daily basis on the site, as well as incentivate new activities that can help to improve the community cooperation as well as environmental quality and safety in the zone.

CHILDREN DEVELOPMENT CENTER

This child development center located in the center of cali, Colombia, has as its main idea to allow the connection between two public spaces located to the north and southeast of the project respectively and at the same time to give a development space for both children and the rest of the community. for the conception of the project a volume is proposed in the block to which two of its corners are subtracted to give a welcome to such public spaces, later a central patio is made taking as reference the traditional typology present in the buildings of the center of cali, after the upper volume is rotated to emphasize the diagonality that crosses the project and that connects the two public spaces. Finally an orthogonal volume is proposed to respond to the church adjoining the property.

“GLASS HOUSE” IN THE ROMAN THEATER TORINO
Master 2020
The idea o this project located in the ruins of the Roman theater in Torino, Italy, is to follow the plane logic of the Roman theater and design two buildings on the vacant lot, retaining the original elements of the arch as the structure form. Two theaters are the core design points, one in the ruins representing the old architecture and

Projects made for the brand KA Medical Apparel, in which the customer ordered two commercial venues where the design principles of their medical uniforms could be seen reflected, achieving a sober, elegant and classy atmosphere with the idea of capturing the attention of customers passing trough. The first one, located in Santa Monica neighborhood, already constructed while the second one situated in Babilla Plaza Mall is currently in development process, both of them in Cali, Colombia.
