URBAN RENOVATION PROJECT 2019 Cali, Colombia
this project located in the neighborhood Fatima of the city of Cali has as intention to propose an urban renewal of two of its blocks, making a redensification and proposing various types of housing, either multifamily or bifamily as well as social interest housing. Also it was proposed new uses in the area such as commerce on the ground floors of these homes with the intention of reactivating the area and attracting new visitors given that is a marginalized area of the city.

PUBLIC SPACE PROJECT. PUBLIC PARK 2019 Cali, Colombia
Development of a lineal park in the neighborhood of Ciudad Cordoba in Cali. The intention of the project is to improve the local dynamics and activities that are already developed on a daily basis on the site, as well as incentivate new activities that can help to improve the community cooperation as well as environmental quality and safety in the zone.
