La stagione autunnale si preannuncia ricca di manifestazioni di qualità che impreziosiranno l’offerta turistica e culturale di Lugano. Lugano, nominata Città del Gusto 2018, si trasformerà dal 13 al 23 settembre nella capitale dell’enogastronomia svizzera: sarà una festa coinvolgente con diverse iniziative culturali, gastronomiche, turistiche, sportive e una vetrina importante per far conoscere le eccellenze del nostro territorio in questo settore.

The autumn season promises to be full of quality events that will add to and embellish the existing tourist and cultural offering of the city. Lugano, named “Città del Gusto 2018” (City of Taste 2018), will be transformed from September 13th to 23rd into the capital of Swiss enogastronomy. This will be an engaging festival with various cultural, gastronomic, tourist and sporting initiatives; serving as an important event to showcase the excellence of our territory.

Se l’estate è il momento dell’anno maggiormente dedicato alle attività ricreative all’aperto, l’autunno segna il ritorno ai ritmi e alle attività di tutti i giorni. È però proprio in questo momento di apparente routine che si misura la profondità dell’offerta di una città. LAC e FOCE inaugurano le nuove stagioni delle rassegne e agli eventi tradizionali come la Festa d’Autunno si affiancano appuntamenti straordinari come la Città del Gusto, in grado di catalizzare gli occhi di tutta la Svizzera sulla nostra regione.

If summer is the time of year most dedicated to outdoor recreation then autumn marks the return to the rhythms and activities of every day routine. However, it is precisely at this time that the depth of what a city has to offer is measured. LAC and FOCE inaugurate their new programmes, then the city’s traditional events such as the Autumn Festival take place alongside extraordinary events such as the City of Taste. Such a rich offering that is more than capable of focusing the eyes of all Switzerland onto our region.

Rally Ronde del Ticino
Il rally, giunto alla sua ventunesima edizione, ripropone il percorso dello scorso anno, con tre prove speciali in Valcolla, a Insone e Balerna. Sono attesi al via numerosi concorrenti di spicco della disciplina. La gara sarà valevole per il Campionato e la Coppa Svizzera Rally, il Campionato Ticinese Rally e la Coppa Svizzera dei Rally Storici VHC.
The rally, now in its twenty-first edition, follows last year's route, with three special stages in Valcolla, Insone and Balerna. Many well-known competitors of this discipline are expected at the start. This race counts for the Championship and Swiss Rally Cup; the Ticinese Rally Championship and the Swiss VHC Historic Rally Cup.
Il Festival promuove la cinematografia e la cultura alpina con film internazionali e eventi collaterali. Il concorso World Mountain Film Prize premia inoltre la miglior opera prodotta nell’anno. Previste due serate in Piazza Cioccaro a Lugano il 3 e 4 settembre alle 20:30 con la prima visione di "Asragordom" di Victor Tognola e il film dedicato alla vita di Ettore Castiglioni.
The Festival promotes cinematography and alpine culture, with international films and side events. The World Mountain Film Prize is awarded to the best film produced during the year. Two evenings are planned in Piazza Cioccaro in Lugano on 3rd and 4th September at 8.30 p.m. with the premier of the film “Asragordom”, by Victor Tognola, a film dedicated to the life of Ettore Castiglioni.

Gioachino Rossini's masterpiece The Barber of Seville will run for four nights at the LAC under the direction of Maestro Diego Fasolis featuring Edgardo Rocha, Lucia Cirillo and Giorgio Caoduro, in a new staging by director Carmelo Rifici.

Corsa della speranza
Torna la Corsa della speranza con un percorso di 5 km attraverso le vie più caratteristiche di Lugano. Una corsa per tutti, sportivi e non: famiglie, scuole, società, bambini, nonni... Le entrate, costituite dalle iscrizioni e da offerte spontanee o donazioni, sono interamente versate alla Fondazione Ticinese per la Ricerca sul Cancro che finanzia progetti di ricerca internazionali che si svolgono in Ticino.
The Corsa della Speranza (“Terry Fox Run”) returns with a 5km route through the most characteristic streets of Lugano. A race for everyone, athletes and non-athletes. All revenue, consisting of enrolment fees and voluntary offerings or donations, goes to the Ticino Cancer Research Foundation, which funds international research projects in Ticino.
La passeggiata enogastronomica promossa dalla Città di Lugano, si terrà lungo un percorso che si snoderà nei comprensori di Brè, Cureggia e Pregassona. 8 tappe su ca. 10 km di percorso facile e panoramico. Per gli iscritti sono inclusi la risalita al Brè con la funicolare e un titolo di trasporto gratuito dal proprio domicilio fino in città e ritorno.
This food and wine walk, sponsored by the City of Lugano, will take place in the areas of Brè, Cureggia and Pregassona. There are eight stops along an easy and panoramic 10 km route. All registered participants will be eligible for free return public transport between their home and the city plus the funicular ride to Brè.

Qual è il fil rouge di questa edizione del FIT?
In tempi come i nostri in cui l’umanità ha smarrito valori e senso della comunità, proseguiamo il discorso su politica e arte. Sul compito degli artisti. Questa volta tratteremo della “politica” fatta da ognuno di noi, dai singoli, ognuno con la propria storia. Biografia e autobiografia, la linea di quest’anno. Le nuove e possibili rivoluzioni sono solo quelle dei singoli. Creano empatia e, forse, sono capaci di cambiare il corso delle cose.
Può parlarci delle novità e indicarci alcuni eventi da non perdere?
È una domanda sempre delicata per la direttrice artistica del festival. Faccio quattro nomi, quattro spettacoli, ma solo se mi promettete di vederli tutti: Mohamed El Khatib, Anestis Azas & Prodromos Tsinikoris, Tabea Martin e Simona Bertozzi, Deflorian/Tagliarini. E poi Curious Industries, la nuova Heidi, che parla di montagne e di nostalgia. In seguito Carmelo Rifici, un pezzo di storia italiana. E infine tutti gli eventi, i quattro film al Cinema Lux, gli incontri con il filosofo e le cene tematiche. Ve lo avevo detto, non si può fare questa domanda alla direttrice...
Qual è la sua più grande soddisfazione in qualità di direttrice del Festival?
Vedere il pubblico che riempie le sale, l’emozione sul loro volto, qualche lacrima a volte, la gioia dei bambini per gli spettacoli dedicati a loro, la sorpresa degli adolescenti quando scoprono che il teatro, un certo tipo di teatro, non è noioso, anzi esclamano: “che figo!”. Ricordarmi la sera, nonostante la stanchezza e, a volte, la delusione di essere sempre al margine rispetto ai grandi eventi, un po’ trascurati da sponsor e da alcune istituzioni, che il mio è il mestiere più bello del mondo!

What is the red thread running through this edition of FIT?
In times such as these, it seems that humanity is losing its values and sense of community. So in this edition we are going to continue exploring this theme in terms of politics and art. This time we will deal with our personal “politics” as individuals; each with their own story, biography and autobiography. The new and most feasible revolutions are only those of the individual where they are able to feel empathy and perhaps in doing so, are able to change the course of events.
Can you tell us about what’s new this year and some events not to be missed?
This is always a delicate question to ask an artistic director of the festival. I’ll mention four names and four shows, but only if you promise to see them all. Mohamed El Khatib, Anestis Azas & Prodromos Tsinikoris, Tabea Martin and Simona Bertozzi, Deflorian / Tagliarini. Then there is Curious Industries, the new ‘Heidi’, which speaks of mountains and nostalgia. Following this is Carmelo Rifici, a piece of Italian history. Then as we come to the end of the festival the four films being shown at Cinema Lux, meeting the philosopher, the themed dinners... I did warn you, you can’t ask this kind of question to a director.
What is the most rewarding aspect of being the director of the Festival?
Seeing the audience filling the halls, the emotions expressed on their faces, sometimes a few tears; the joy of children at the shows dedicated to them, the surprise of teenagers when they discover that theater, a certain type of theater, is not boring but on the contrary they exclaim, “How cool!” Also looking back on the evening, despite the tiredness and sometimes the disappointment of always being on the sidelines of the big events where you are a bit neglected by sponsors and some organizations. Above all, the fact that mine is the most beautiful job in the world!

This event, which is part of the “TraSguardi” review, provides an opportunity to meet and learn about different associations, NGOs and foreign communities in the Italian part of Switzerland. During the day there will be many activities on offer such as shows and entertainment for children as well as gastronomic specialties from all over the world. The opening conference starts at 11:15 am at the Darsena.

After four years in Locarno, this year the all-female race comes to Lugano. Participants can choose between two routes of either 5 or 10 km. The event village in Piazza Manzoni will provide activities and entertainment.

Mercato delle cipolle
Il Mercato delle Cipolle, "Zibelemärit", è una tradizionale festa popolare bernese. Già da qualche anno anche la città di Lugano ospita questo colorato evento. Le tradizionali bancarelle propongono al visitatore le trecce di cipolle, oltre alle torte calde di cipolle e formaggio, alle trecce al burro e all’originale piatto di formaggio Emmental.
This Onion market, "Zibelemärit", is a traditional Bernese folk festival. For the last few years, the city of Lugano has also celebrated this colorful event with its characteristic scents and music. Visitors can enjoy traditional stalls decorated with onion tresses selling hot onion and cheese pies, plaited loaves and Emmental cheese.

Hai all’attivo moltissime collaborazioni con personalità molto importanti nel panorama cantautorale. Il confronto con l’altro come occasione di sviluppo della propria musica quindi?
Sì, è un vero nutrimento, un’occasione per mettermi in gioco. Ogni volta ho imparato qualcosa. Spesso mi permette di mettere a fuoco il mio percorso; ci si misura con i propri limiti o con le proprie esigenze creative. Allo stesso tempo mi piace mettere a disposizione idee per altri curando la produzione artistica o scrivendo arrangiamenti. Aiuta a vedere le cose da un’altra prospettiva.
Nella tua musica c’è un modo di cantare e raccontare che ricorda certi ambiti musicali degli anni Novanta, almeno come attitudine. Come ti ha segnato questo decennio?
È un imprinting presente almeno in una parte del mio lavoro. Probabilmente dagli anni ’90 mi porto dietro una certa urgenza di trasversalità o d’insofferenza che ogni tanto riaffiora, anche se con il tempo ho imparato a stemperarla con una sana dose di autoironia. Era una musica come occasione per creare cortocircuiti piuttosto che orizzonti rassicuranti. Quando uscì Nevermind dei Nirvana avevo 14 anni; difficile attraversare quella furia espressiva indenni.
Come nasce Torso Virile Colossale e cosa ci dobbiamo aspettare live?
È un’avventura musicale nuova e allo stesso tempo già radicata visto che l’idea è venuta una decina d’anni fa. Un omaggio al Cinema Peplum di cui sono un grande appassionato ma anche un’occasione per dare sfogo alla creatività e scrivere in piena libertà musica strumentale e creare qualcosa di diverso, una sorta di cortocircuito nel mio percorso. È un live carico di musica muscolare ma anche onirica dalle forti suggestioni cinematografiche, con l’intero album d’esordio più nuove composizioni inedite. La formazione prevede ben 7 elementi, con autorevolissimi nomi della musica italiana che hanno sposato con entusiasmo, passione e professionalità la causa del progetto.

You have worked with many important figures of the singer-songwriting scene. The comparison with others is therefore an opportunity to develop your own music?
Yes, it’s a real nourishment, an opportunity to get out there. Each time I learn something. It often allows me to figure out my path; you face your own limits or your own creative needs. At the same time, I like to make my ideas available to others taking care of the artistic production or writing arrangements. It helps to see things from another perspective.
In your music there is a way of singing and telling that recalls some music sounds of the nineties, at least as an attitude. How did this decade mark you?
It is an imprinting present at least in a part of my work. There is probably a certain urgency of transversality or intolerance that I carry with me since the 90s and that occasionally comes back to surface, even though over time I learned to temper it with a healthy dose of self-irony. Music was an opportunity to create short circuits rather than reassuring horizons. When Nevermind of Nirvana was released I was 14; it’s difficult to cross that expressive fury unscathed.
How is Torso Virile Colossale born and what do we have to expect from the live?
It’s a new and at the same time deeply rooted music adventure since the idea came a decade ago. A tribute to the sword-and-sandal film genre of which I am a great fan, but also an opportunity to give vent to creativity and freely write instrumental music and create something different, a kind of short-circuit on my path.
It is a live of both brawny and dreamlike music with strong cinematographic suggestions, it includes the entire debut album plus some new unpublished compositions. The band is formed by 7 elements, some of which are renowned names of the Italian music scene who picked up the banner of the project with enthusiasm, passion and professionalism.

Nella tua musica si scorgono tanti elementi diversificati. Non c’è un “genere” stabilito e le idee fluiscono in modo molto libero. Come riesci a far convivere questo tipo di natura con la dinamica più “costrittiva” del disco?
Trovo spesso utile disporre di una sorta di struttura o di linee guida per un particolare progetto. Mi piacciono molto gli album completi, che hanno una trama dall’inizio alla fine. Mi piace anche decidere, per i vinili, quali brani vanno sul lato A e quali sul B. È quasi come avere due piccoli album. A volte mi impongo altri limiti, come l’utilizzo di determinati strumenti. Penso sia interessante creare una sorta di contenitore per poi cercare e trovare il modo per spostarne le pareti.
Tu scrivi anche per matrimoni, eventi, feste. Nonostante questa libertà riesci comunque a unificare le tue composizioni in un contesto preciso, senza diversificare i progetti. Come avviene questo?
Immagino che l’elemento unificante sia insito nel mio carattere. Ognuno di noi ha un suo modo personale di rapportarsi alla creazione. A volte cerco di sfuggirvi o di fare qualcosa che non mi rispecchia, ma alla fine sono sempre io! Amo sorprendere, me stesso e gli altri, e sono sempre alla ricerca di modi per tenere viva in me la “scintilla” e l’entusiasmo.
Erased Tapes è una etichetta molto prestigiosa nell’ambito della musica folk alternativa e new classical. Come è nato questo rapporto e come intendete svilupparlo? Il mio primo incontro con Robert (fondatore di Erased Tapes) è avvenuto durante una tournée con gli Efterklang. In seguito realizzai la musica di un pezzo di danza contemporanea per la coreografa Adrienne Hart, che non avevo mai incontrato di persona. Un giorno, mi ritrovai di passaggio a Londra per una tournée, città in cui vivono sia Adrienne sia Robert. Non si erano mai incontrati prima, ma legarono subito e da lì hanno iniziato a collaborare. Così è stato naturale pubblicare la colonna musicale per il pezzo di danza di Adrienne con l’etichetta di Robert.

American composer and musician
There are many diverse elements to your music, where no defined “genre” is established. How do you manage to record this style within the more “constrictive” dynamic of an album?
I often find it helpful to have some kind of framework or set of guidelines for a particular project. I like full albums very much, crafting the story from start to finish. I also like to consider, for vinyl records, which songs are on Side A and which on Side B. It’s almost like having two little albums. Sometimes I’ll impose other self-made limitations, like certain instruments which will be the basis of a project. I think it can be nice to make a box for the work, and then to try and find ways to push the walls of that box.
You also write for weddings, events and parties. Yet despite this creative freedom, you are still able to unify your compositions within a precise context and without altering the individual projects. How does this happen?
I suppose the one unifying thing is the thing that comes from my own unique character. Everyone will have their own unique approach to creating. Sometimes I try to escape this or do something that doesn’t sound like “me”, but in the end it’s all me anyway! But I love to surprise, both myself and others, and I’m always looking for ways to keep it fresh and exciting for me.
Erased Tapes is a prestigious label in the field of alternative and new classical folk music. How did your relationship with them begin and do how you intend to develop it in the future?
I first met Robert (founder of Erased Tapes) when I was touring with the Efterklang. There was a project I had just finished up — a score for a contemporary dance piece called Falling From Trees with choreographer Adrienne Hart, but we had never met in person. Finally I was passing through London on tour, where both Adrienne and Robert live. Thy had never met before, but they kind of hit it off and ended up working together for a while, so naturally it made sense to release the score for Adrienne’s dance piece with the label.

Come si è avvicinata al mondo del teatro?
La prima volta che sono andata a teatro avevo 6 anni e mia mamma mi portò al Kursaal di Locarno a vedere I vestiti nuovi dell’imperatore con Ernesto Calindri: fu amore a prima vista! Poi però il Kursaal venne chiuso all’inizio degli anni ‘70 e per vent’anni a Locarno siamo rimasti senza un teatro. Per cui per 25 anni mi sono data al basket, che era una delle poche attività per ragazze che la città offriva in quegli anni. Alla fine degli anni ‘90 ho iniziato a seguire corsi di recitazione prima a Locarno poi a Milano e nel corso degli anni ho seguito una formazione di base in tutti gli ambiti del teatro, non tanto per una smisurata voglia di calcare i palcoscenici, quanto piuttosto per conoscere il teatro a tutto tondo.
Può parlarci della sua fondazione e del concorso testinscena?
La Fondazione è stata creata nel 2016 per dare una forma concreta alla mia passione per il teatro, con lo scopo di sostenere la crescita artistica di giovani talenti. testinscena è un concorso di nuova drammaturgia in lingua italiana rivolta alle compagnie svizzere emergenti e/o indipendenti senza limiti di età e alle compagnie lombarde i cui attori in scena non abbiano superato i 35 anni di età.
Al FOCE quest’anno presenterete lo spettacolo “Finisterre”, vincitore dell’edizione 2018. Cosa l’ha colpita in particolare di questo testo?
In fase di valutazione dei progetti pervenuti per l’edizione 2018, la commissione che presiedo ha scelto i 5 finalisti da dare poi alla Giuria per la scelta del vincitore. Il testo ci è apparso subito molto vivace, denso di contenuti e soprattutto narra una storia individuale, quella di Alejandro Finisterre, inventore fra le altre cose del calcio balilla, sullo sfondo della Grande Storia, con il potenziale per diventare uno spettacolo molto interessante da più punti di vista. Inoltre si tratta di una compagnia svizzera che è stata creata per l’occasione, ma che ha l’intenzione di continuare un percorso creativo e produttivo nel tempo.
Al Teatro Foce è stata anche tante volte spettatrice. Potrebbe raccontarci il suo legame con questo luogo?
Il mio legame con il Teatro Foce è un’altra storia d’amore. Seguo la rassegna HOME sin dagli inizi, perché mi piace e mi appassiona seguire il lavoro e le produzioni del territorio. Inoltre è un palcoscenico che ho calcato in occasione dei saggi del MAT Movimento Artistico Ticinese che ho frequentato per diversi anni e che mi ha procurato grandi emozioni. Frequentarlo è un po’ ogni volta come tornare a casa.

How did you approach the theatre world?
The first time I went to the theatre I was 6 years old and my mom took me to the Kursaal in Locarno to watch The Emperor’ New Cloths with Ernesto Calindri: it was love at first sight! The Kursaal was then closed down in the early 70s and for twenty years Locarno didn’t have a theatre. For 25 years I took up basketball, which was one of the few activities for girls that the city offered in those years. At the end of the 90s I started attending acting courses first at Locarno and then in Milan and over the years I have attended basic training in all theatre areas, not really for the burning desire to tread the boards but rather to get to know the theatre all-round.
Can you tell us about your Foundation and the testinscena contest?
The Foundation was created in 2016 to give a practical form to my passion for theater, with the aim of supporting the artistic growth of young talents. testinscena is a new drama contest in Italian language, aimed at emerging and/or independent Swiss companies without any age restrictions, and at Lombard companies whose actors are not over 35 years old.
At the FOCE this year you will present the show “Finisterre”, the 2018 award winner. What struck your fancy of this text?
In the evaluation phase of the 2018 projects, the presiding committee has picked off the 5 finalists among which the selection board had to choose the winner. The text immediately appeared to be very lively, rich and, most of all, it tells an individual story, that of Alejandro Finisterre, the inventor, among other things, of table football, against the backdrop of the Great History, that had the potential to become a very interesting show in many ways. Furthermore, it’s a Swiss company that was formed for the occasion, but that intends to continue its creative and productive process over time
You have often been a spectator at the Foce Theater. Could you tell us about your bond with this place?
My relationship with the Foce Theater is another love story. I have followed the HOME festival since its beginning, because I like it and I am passionate about following the work and the productions of the territory. Moreover, I’ve been treading its boards during the MAT Artistic Movement of Ticino recitals that I attended for several years and which gave me a great deal of emotions. Each time I go there is a bit like being back home.

Art rises to a sort of bridge, a passageway that leads elements full of mystery within a frame where they can be contemplated. The artist brings distant galaxies, dreamlike places, microorganisms, inner landscapes, into the physical reality through a creation process mainly based on feelings rather than on reasoning.

Dal Museo delle dogane si domina lo scenario in cui si muovono i personaggi del romanzo di Fogazzaro: le terre di confine che, nella metà dell’Ottocento, separavano in realtà la Svizzera dal Regno Lombardo-Veneto sotto controllo austro-ungarico.
Quel “piccolo mondo antico” è rievocato e descritto nella mostra, curata da Lorenzo Sganzini, attraverso 16 pastelli dell’artista ticinese Pietro Chiesa, delicati disegni dei primi anni Trenta riprodotti dalla Mondadori per illustrare successive edizioni del romanzo; ma anche nelle immagini della prima e più celebre trasposizione cinematografica del romanzo firmata da Mario Soldati nel 1941 e di cui la Cineteca Italiana ha messo a disposizione alcune fotografie di scena. In mostra anche la scenografia originale del film di Mario Soldati con le annotazioni e i disegni del regista.

The Customs Museum dominates the setting in which the characters of Fogazzaro’s novel interact. By this we mean the mid-nineteenth century borders that actually separated Switzerland from the Kingdon of Lombardy-Venetia which was under Austro-Hungarian control.
That “little ancient world” is recalled and described in this exhibition, curated by Lorenzo Sganzini, through 16 pastels by the Ticinese artist Pietro Chiesa; delicate drawings from the early thirties reproduced by Mondadori to illustrate successive editions of the novel. A world also recalled in the images of the first and most famous film adaptation of the novel by Mario Soldati in 1941, with some photographs provided by the Cineteca Italiana. Also on show is the original set design of the Mario Soldati film with the director’s annotations and drawings.

The augmented reality tour with 3D glasses tells the story of Villa Ciani and its owners, Ciani and Gabrini, and allows visitors to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Lugano of the nineteenth century in an innovative and fun way. The tour, which lasts 30 minutes, is suitable for children aged 8 and older and is available in Italian, French, German and English.

Una giornata dedicata al mondo delle castagne. Da Lamone in bus si raggiungerà il Sentiero tematico del Castagno percorrendo l’itinerario da Arosio a Vezio. Prevista una tappa gastronomica nella selva castanile presso un produttore locale. Si raggiungerà poi Vezio per la Festa della Castagna per un tradizionale pranzo a base di prodotti locali.

A day dedicated to the world of chestnuts. Starting from Lamone, with a small bus you reach the Castagno-themed trail along the route from Arosio to Vezio. Subsequently, a food stop is scheduled directly in the chestnut woods with a local producer. The day continues at Vezio where the Chestnut Festival takes place. A traditional lunch based on local products will be served to the participants.

Una romantica e panoramica passeggiata vi condurrà da Lugano a Gandria attraverso il Sentiero dell’Olivo dove avrete la possibilità di assistere all’appassionante “raccolta delle olive”. Alla fine del sentiero arriverete a Gandria, un romantico villaggio di pescatori arroccato ai piedi del Monte Brè che vi sorprenderà con uno stupendo panorama. Per il rientro un battello vi porterà da Gandria direttamente a Lugano. –
A romantic and panoramic walk will take you from Lugano to Gandria along the Olive Trail, where you will have the chance to experience the olive harvest. At the end of the trail you will reach Gandria, a charming fishermen village at the foothills of Monte Bré with a wonderful view. A boat will take you back directly to Lugano.

Spostarsi in Città diventa più semplice, divertente e ecologico se si noleggia una bicicletta. A disposizione della popolazione e dell’utenza di Lugano, Paradiso, Tesserete, Melide e Morcote, ci sono 13 stazioni ed 84 biciclette metà delle quali elettriche.
PubliBike è un sistema di bikesharing, gestito da stazioni automatiche che funziona con lo smartphone grazie all’app (iOS e Android) o lo SwissPass. Si può prendere la bicicletta in una stazione e restituirla in un’altra, una volta arrivati a destinazione. Inoltre è possibile effettuare delle soste intermedie.
Moving around the city becomes much easier, more fun and more environmentally-friendly when you rent a bicycle. 13 pick-up points and 84 bicycles, half of which are e-bikes, are at the disposal of locals for use in Lugano, Paradiso, Tesserete, Melide and Morcote.
PubliBike is a bikesharing system, managed by automatic stations that work with the special app for smartphones (iOS and Android) or with the SwissPass. You can pick up a bicycle from one station and drop it off at another, once you have arrived at your destination. You can also take a break in between.
