Ferris Wheel Press Ferris Wheel Press is a leading Canadian ink brand renowned for its vibrant color and creative inspiration.

As a ambassador since September 2022, I have the privilege of showcasing the brand's inks through my art and sharing my love for inks with the world on social media every month.

I regularly host online events, such as giveaways, to showcase the versatility and artistry of the brand.

Through my unique promotion code, I am able to generate revenue for Ferris Wheel Press.

Joined forces with Diamine, a renowned British ink brand established in 1864, to produce a Hong Kong exclusive ink named Enkindle.

This vibrant yellow-orange ink embodies the spirit of Hong Kong's resilience and hope, symbolized by its shimmering particles that dance upon shaking the bottle.

To further capture the essence, I crafted a label that features the iconic bauhinia flower, the emblem of the city. It conveys the spirit of Hong Kong, a place where tradition and modernity harmoniously coexist.

Selling at Hong Kong local independent stationery store such as Journalize, Muzepens and Mouthyukyuk.

Also selling online on Etsy, Pinkoi and independent vendors. Appears in exhibitions such as London Pen Show.

Currently have 250+ sales selling to over 20 countries worldwide.

the Hong Kong Colour Archive Original swatch cards for fountain pen inks and other water-based media. The outer package is inspired by signboards and vintage windows.

The inside is representing unique flowers in Hong Kong.

Collaborated with printer Aoto Letterpress, we've employed special printing techniques.

The stark white surface initially appears plain, but upon the application of water-based media, the intricate floral designs emerge, revealing the true beauty of Hong Kong's botanics.

An interactive product for people to have fun with fountain pen inks. Currently selling as consignments in stores, at pen shows and online.

Tang Shiu Kin Victoria Government Secondary School Souvenir bookmarks designed for the school's 90th anniversary, integrating iconic elements of the school, the torch and the cotton tree.

Involved in the production with a factory in Mainland China. Responsible for quality control and logistics.

Hong Kong Tea Club Branding design for a Chinese tea brand Hong Kong Tea Club.

The client requested to integrate Chinese fortune symbols, Chinese lion and peony flower, which eventually merged into the teapot logo.

Packaging focused on maintaining a sense of tranquility.

Vertical Chinese characters represent the stream from a freshly brewed tea. The use of traditional Chinese colour schemes echoes the cultural aspects of the brand.

Illustrations Inktober is an annual online challenge for artist worldwide. It has us creating a daily black-and-white drawing throughout the month of October, guided by a set of predetermined prompts.

This is my fourth year participating. The daily commitment sharpened my observations, expand my creative horizons, and develop strong sense of discipline. More importantly, it has instilled in me the ability to gather ideas quickly and execute them efficiently, a skill that has proven invaluable in completing other projects and pursuing my artistic aspirations.

From my secondary school years, I have been captivated by the world of visual arts.

During early graduate years, I pursued commissioned artwork and online sales, gaining experience and exposure.

Driven by an unyielding passion, I made the lifechanging decision to pursue part-time nursing, allowing me to dedicate more time and energy to my creative pursuits.

This path has proved to be immensely fulfilling, nurturing my artistic development in ways I never imagined. Here are some notable examples of my artistic evolution.

LuFish Co. is a brand where I design, illustrate, and produce everything.

My products are available in-stores at Hong Kong independent shops, as well as online through various platforms such as Etsy and Pinkoi. I also share my work on social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and Reddit.

It is steadily growing. Gaining more audience by joining exhibitions: • Stationary Fair MTO 19,20 and 22 • the Hong Kong Illustration and Creative Show 4 and 5 • LIFE Mart marketplace • London Pen Show and will be joining Parallax Art Fair in February and July in London.

About me, Hello! My name is Lucia, a nurse turned freelance visual designer and artist.

Thank you for reading my portfolio. These are my poudest works that I did throught out my unexpected journey of transformation and creativity.

My work has always been influenced by my experiences as a nurse. I believe that art should be accessible to everyone, and I want my work to evoke emotions and inspire people.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support and recognition I’ve received from others along the way. The opportunity to connect with others through my art and make a positive impact on the world is something I treasured most.
