Happy Birthday to LUFC! Thank you for your support at our birthday bash in early October! As we celebrated to the tunes of DJ Tony Garcia (who we will invite back for future DJ days and nights), our “Super Saturday” was packed with energy and enthusiasm in the group fitness room and the workout floor! Amazing things are happening at LUFC. I am so proud of my staff’s growth in striving to understand members’ needs and continuing to help members reach their fitness goals. Remember to communicate to a LUFC staff member with any suggestion to help us improve and become better. Our fall group fitness schedule is now in effect - we’ve added six new group fitness classes - we now offer 34 group fitness classes every week! Please continue to “watch over our house” by helping our staff take care of our gym. We need to work together - please continue to wipe down equipment with antibacterial wipes, and let our front desk staff know if you notice another member lacking proper gym etiquette. Thank you again for continuing to reach out to friends and family to help promote our shared goal of a healthier community.
