Here we are, already in our third month of 2013! Spring is right around the corner, and I’m happy to see LUFC members working every day to meet their fitness goals. I am so proud of our members who have worked consistently and followed their workout plans. We’ve posted pictures in our atrium of many of these awesome transformations. Let these success stories inspire you - NOW is the time to act. You owe yourself 15 minutes to make a plan, evaluate your eating habits, and look at all that LUFC offers to help you be and stay successful. LUFC Welcomes New Personal Trainers Jessica and Gabriel
Lacey Ultimate Fitness Center has added two new personal trainers to our staff - Jessica Comstock and Gabriel Mercado. Jessica has a degree from The Evergreen State College, with experience in training a wide variety of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. She also can assist our members with whole food nutrition and meal planning for energy, fat loss, muscle growth, and stamina. Gabriel is a certified fitness trainer, and has a well-rounded knowledge of different ways of training for specific types of people. Whether its aerobic, or anaerobic - Gabriel can create a workout regimen to get you in the best shape of your life!
