I am so proud of our members here at LUFC! The phenomenal results in weight loss, physique and improved health that you have worked so hard to achieve and maintain are inspiring and amazing! Thank you for spreading the good word about LUFC and what our gym has done for you. I’ve noticed many of you adjusting your workout schedules now that the summer heat is here using our 24/7 facility to get your workout in before the sun comes up and after sunset. This shows me the commitment you have to keeping fitness in your everyday lives. I’m also pleased to hear positive member feedback about our new group fitness class offerings and cardio equipment. As we enter our third year, you can count on more of the same! As always, we welcome all member suggestions for improvement. We pride ourselves here at LUFC on our clean, state-of-the-art “ultimate” fitness facility. Please continue to respect our gym and other members by putting away your weights, wiping off equipment after use and remembering that LUFC is a community gym serving many people with varied needs. LUFC is our house, please help us take care of it! Thank you!
