Hello LUFC members! As I look around the gym, I notice what a fantastic, supportive community of members we have working out here! Being fit and staying healthy has never been so fun! The range of personal fitness goals here is inspiring: from intense preparation for event competition, to maintaining a consistent health routine for a long and happy life, to recovery from an illness or surgery - I am proud of you! You are proof positive that when you make a plan, take the steps, and do the work, you will achieve your goals. Now your entire family can work out together at LUFC - we are happy to offer memberships to youths age 10 and older. We are also offering a membership special in February and March that is a great opportunity for families to join LUFC at a great price.
