2014 is shaping up to be a great year for LUFC! As you set goals for healthy choices and habits for the holiday season and beyond - the focus is on a twofold commitment. First, a dedication to ourselves: to reach inside and hold ourselves accountable and recognize we are capable of reaching all our personal goals.
