RESIDENTIAL HOME The goal of this project was to create a luxury home for a celebrity.

For my celebrity, I chose Margot Robbie. Margot needed a vacation home to relax and unwind after long weeks of filming. She also needed a place to entertain friends and family. She loves to be outside and in nature, so using the biophilic theory, I designed a perfect space for Margot. Having plants, natural light, and different colored furniture will ensure her space feels comfortable and at home.

CLIENT

Australian Actress, Main roles were Harley Quinn, Staring at the movie, Barbie.

Being outside, Surfing, Hanging with her girlfriends go to Mexico for vacation.

Very outgoing. The role of Harley Quinn is a good representation of her personality. Goofy, when she is with her friends, Likes to try new things.

SITE ANALYSIS

Malibu, Californa

BIOPHILIC THEORY Biophilic Theory is human interaction and connection with nature. Natural light, plants, green and blue colors will help bring nature into Margot’s home. Bringing these biophilic aspects will help benefit Margot in many ways, which are mental calmness, productivity, and engagement. Margot also loves to be outside in the ocean and on the beach, so adding a biophilic feel will make her more comfortable.

RESIDENTIAL HAND R The goal of this project was to design a residential floor plan only using our hands.

We had to not only draft all the floor plans but create materials using only markers. We then rendered perspectives based on our marker material.

DESIGN ON MAIN FLOOR PLANS

The goal of this project was to design a commercial space using SketchUp. I had to create my materials and apply them to the floor plan. I then created views to add a perspective effect on the space.

APARTMENT/REVIT The goal of this project was to design an apartment. I had to create the apartment from scratch using Revit. I applied materials, finishes, and appliances in the space. We then used Enscape to design the final renderings.

RESTAURANT The One80 Cafe offers comfy casual dining. Whether you are on the go or want to sit and study, the One80 Cafe is a perfect place to do whatever you desire while eating a fresh meal. The menu offers many healthy options that include salads, wraps, and smoothies. To enhance the menu options, the cafe will include natural woods and light-color schemes to bring a sense of relaxation and coziness while eating.

K.RENEE PROJECTS K.Renee is a company that I have had an internship at for three summers. Throughout my time there, I have created many residential renderings that showcase my aesthetic. I would get to show the K.Renee team my work, and they would use it as inspiration for their client's designs. I am so happy I got the opportunity to work there and gain a ton of experience.
