Comprehensive Design
The Natatorium at Little Haiti, Miami, not only provides swimming activities but also offers recreational and educational opportunities. Moreover, it focuses on integrating green spaces, creating outdoor community areas, and addressing pedestrian and bike circulation to enhance the overall well-being of residents.
The incorporation of aluminum rectangular panels are strategically placed where there is more sun expossure. Openings are created to brigng natural light into the design and they are identified where there is color surrounding them.

The Lake Worth Beach Modular Urban Design Complex aims to incorporate modular design principles to bring density to the city while addressing the community’s necessities. The complex features a mix of residential, commercial, and green spaces to cater the diverse needs within the community.
Ground-level units will accommodate retail shops, cafes, and community centers, creating street-level activity and encouraging pedestrian traffic.
Residential units will be situated above commercial spaces, providing convenient access to amenities.
