Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a dynamic, ambitious and committed architect. Since I graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, I have developed an interest in detail and excellence in architecture and construction, as a key element for each project, to be carried out with the highest possible level and precision. What I am most passionate about is the creative side, the beginnings of a project and how it integrates into its immediate surroundings.
As a professional, I have been lucky enough to work in a small studio, where I have been involved in all phases of a project, from ideation to the final part of execution. In addition, I have done interior design, landscaping and I have collaborated in the planning of the installations and the structure, with engineers and technicians.
I feel very comfortable working in a team, I consider it a fundamental tool for the development of projects, as it encourages them to be enriched by the different points of view, interests and knowledge of each member of the team.
As a result of my university degree and professional experience, I have acquired advanced knowledge of technical and computer tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), MS Office and other graphic expression programs. This allows me to carry out an entire project with these programs.
I have decided to relocate to Brisbane in order to broaden my knowledge and continue to grow as a professional, which is a major change in my life and a challenge I am looking forward to. I would be delighted to put my talents and enthusiasm to work for your company.

DESCRIPTION
The plot on which the house is located has a 17-metre difference in height across its surface, which posed a challenge when it came to designing the building.
The layout of the building seeks the permeability of natural light throughout all the rooms, as well as a constant visual dialogue with the privileged views offered by the site.
The connection between the different habitable levels of the house, through the interplay of heights, materials and structural design, emphasises the perception of the space as a fluid space in which light passes through the building.

DESCRIPTION
The development of the project stems mainly from the characteristics and needs of the programme and the qualities and restrictions of the site where it is to be located.
The main aim when designing the building is to provide the greatest possible light, ventilation and quality to the classrooms, understood as the main and indispensable object of the project.
With this in mind, an organisational system is generated that allows for repetition and organises the classrooms through courtyards.
This system generates a module made up of a courtyard, classrooms and service areas (such as toilets and storage areas) which is organised by means of a central corridor that runs through the entire building.

The distribution tries to adapt to the existing structure, masonry walls that divide the floor of the house into three longitudinal bands. Taking advantage of the existing openings and beams, a floor plan is achieved where the day area is connected in a single continuous space, which is directly connected to two outdoor porches that operate as an extension of the dwelling itself.
With regard to the materiality, simplicity is sought. The use of micro-cement and oak wood dresses all the rooms, extending its use to the outdoor spaces.

DESCRIPTION
The property is located in a privileged setting in Roquetas de Mar, Almería. Located in front of the beach, just 20 metres away, which gives the building panoramic views of the sea.
The organisation of the building tries to generate three blocks that function independently, as the building is designed to cover the needs of three families with different characteristics.
The blocks are connected at the back, in order to give unity to the whole. On the other hand, the voids act as interior courtyards, thus achieving a higher spatial quality, allowing the necessary natural lighting and cross ventilation in most of the main rooms.
The layout is designed in such a way that the spaces frame the views of the surrounding natural environment.

DESCRIPTION
The objective of the project is to develop two permeable houses that are capable of capturing the maximum possible light, that dialogues with the exterior in a direct way. This grants privacy to the external spaces, without losing sight of the optimal solar orientation that allows maximum use of the views.
The outdoor space of the houses has had special relevance to the project. Due to the location with respect to the adjoining plots, the vegetation is a key element for the resolution of the easements, as well as being the predominant element in the perimeter of the house through vines and other Mediterranean species, which, in addition to providing privacy try to generate a vegetal oasis around the homes.

CONCEPT
The tangier city council announced a contest to rethink the use of the last bullring in Africa. It is a legacy left by the Spanish colonies when Morrocco was part of Spain. The bullring is located in the suburbs of Tangier, near de highway that connects Tangier with Tetouan, and is a mainly residential area with no public space or commerce.
STRATEGY
1.
Initial enclosed volume
Considering that tourism is a great economic support for Tangier, it is proposed to create a building that will revitalise the area, in such a way as to allow the inhabitants of Tangier to interact with tourists.
2. Generating connections
Linking the building to the surrounding buildings, creating direct routes from the exterior streets to the interior of the building.
3. Open and break
The facilities serve as a connection between the exterior green space and the interior spaces.
4. Unify the whole
A series of elements are introduced that make up the green area.
5. Expand
The elements that make up the green area at ground level are also placed throughout the building. On the terraces of the public facilities, in the communal areas of the flats and on the roof.

CONCEPT
The project consists of the insertion of a housing cooperative in the historic centre of the city of Ontinyent. The site where the exercise is being carried out is a plot of land in the old town that faces the Clariano riverbed.
The project seeks to build a new boundary, formalising the city’s elevation with the river, and at the same time intervene in a historic centre by proposing an urban solution. Moreover, the building aims to generate spaces that will become dynamisers of social life, of exchange between the neighbours and the rest of the city.
STRATEGY
The strategy followed by the project is based on the design of a linear green space on the urban edge that acts as a connecting element and links the nearest green areas to form a system of open spaces, with the aim of extending the limits of the river in the city.
It is proposed to generate a new front, that responds in a more friendly way to the environment and at the same time takes into account the pre-existence and does not hinder the relationship between the river and the neighbourhood.

The concept was to create a housing cooperative, where the management and maintenance of the housing is carried out cooperatively among the neighbours, a balance between quality and affordability is achieved and sufficient options are offered to meet the needs of the residents.
In addition, the project has a block of temporary accommodation, which, in a semi-public way, offers residence to anybody, whether cooperative or not.

CONCEPT
The project consists of the insertion of a language school in the Orriols neighbourhood in Valencia. The main objective of the project is to generate a relationship of coexistence between architecture and the orchard, as well as achieving social integration in the public space. It is an intergenerational architecture, serving all ages and cultures and with a diversity of uses.
STRATEGY
1. Placement of the building at a strategic point on the site. Taking into account all the urban conditions of the site
2. Open the building to the neighbourhood and the orchard
3. Central courtyard as the main element of the project
4. Adjust the geometry of the building to generate a more direct relationship with the central garden

GREEN AREA
The idea is to create an organic space where, through these carpets, a series of routes with different levels of importance are configured to reach all the points of interest in the public space and the entrances to the language school itself.
The space has been created taking into account the flow of people in such a way that different types of direct and indirect routes are created in order to be able to reach all the points.
On the other hand, a hierarchy is established in the system of paths, since the wider the path, the more important it is, that is to say, the more direct the relationship with the building.
These paths generate a series of successive centrifugal views thanks to the curvilinear geometry of the carpets that delimit these paths.

CLASSROOMS
All the interior rooms that have a direct relationship with the central garden have been designed with a curvilinear geometry that allows the space to be organised in different ways, thus creating a multipurpose and dynamic use inside them.
The classrooms are multi-focal spaces with no predominant direction, surrounded by a glass enclosure and flexible hanging systems that allow their acoustic and lighting conditions to be intentionally modified in a simple manner.
