Space planning for a two story house for a family of 5 located in the in the suburb area of Cali, Colombia.

It was very important for the client to have enough space for entertainment and privacy of each family member.

The goal was to create unique spaces where each member of the family could relax and enjoy their favorite hobbies.

Additionally to this the renovation of the front and back facade was done.

In this open plan house, the client needed the privatization of the common zones from the bedrooms.

The client wanted a space where she could relax and enjoy the views of the landscape while enjoying her favorite drink. This space would also work as a divider between the dinning/ living room and the bedrooms.

Renovation of the kitchen was also done in this project.

Styling of Master bedroom and dinning/living room was required as well.

Renovation of a kitchen based on the client’s needs and requirements that suits their family’s lifestyle.

The focus at this project was to have an ef ficient kitchen by optimizing every space through custom cabinets.

The use of high-quality and durable materials was also a key to make this project successful.

Space planning and source FF&E for the residences of this highend 22 story residential tower.

The importance of maximizing the livability of each resident was the primary goal.

It was very important that every residence had access to view the surrounding scenery. Each unit comes with a balcony to maximize daylighting and natural ventilation.

Workspace designed to increase employees productivity and comfort at this small but upbeat life insurance sales company.

The goal was to expand the capacity by adding 5 more workstations while maintaining the space open; additionally a conference room and a private of fice for one-on-one meetings were created.

Sourced finish materials and FF&E according to client’s needs and design concept.
