Background As an architect, and senior manager Luca continues a family tradition.

He brings 25 years of professional experience having designed and managed projects on three continents.

Since 2018 he lives and works in Toronto achieving significant Canadian experience as a Studio Director in managing interior design teams, and administering various project types ranging from luxury residential interior design to commercial and high-end family houses.

Luca is a senior member of the Italian Order of Architects, OAPPC, ROME

SELECTED PROJECTS Ongoing, 2022 - A 4 story condo (12 residential units) + mixed-use, Industrial Design Museum in Davenport Road, Toronto. Client: Mike Di Donato, FAEMA. Status: Schematic Design approved by the Client. Cosentino Architects are currently applying for a building permit. Construction Management Services provided by Luca: Luca is assisting the client in defining the development which involves the partial demolition of an existing commercial building. Design Brief and scope of work. Estimated preliminary construction cost by divisions (Core and shell) based on the approved schematic design. Construction Schedule. Value Engineering. Budget: 3,5 Million CAD. 2021 - Detached house in Bearwood Drive. Extension and complete reconstruction of an existing building. Area: 2,700 sq. ft. Etobicoke. Design and Project Construction Management Services provided by Luca: The survey, Architectural Concept Design, and Interior Design. Estimated preliminary construction cost based on the approved concept design. Construction Schedule.

Budget: 1 Million CAD. 2021 - A Loft in St Clair Av W/Dufferin. Renovation.

2019 - 2020 - Acting as a *Studio Director* for Lori Morris Design, Toronto. Design and Build Services. Interior Design, Interior fit-out, Install and Decoration.

1. Manor house (French-style Palace) in the GTA. Area: 36,700 sq. ft. (New Construction).

Budget: 10 million CAD 2. A Hotel/Resort in Ontario + private villa. Area: 29,690 sq. ft. (New Construction). Budget: 3,6 million CAD. 3. A condo apartment in Avenue Road. (New Interiors fit-out and decoration). Budget: 1,4 Million CAD. 4. Bratty villa in Toronto. Area: approx. +20,000 sq. ft. (New Construction). Budget: 4,6 Million CAD. 5. Niro villa in GTA. (Interiors and Decoration) 2019 - A detached house on Boon Avenue. Extension and complete reconstruction of an existing building. Splitting from one dwelling up to 3 dwellings. Area: initial 1,400 sq. ft. - final: 2,690 sq. ft., Toronto. The survey, Architectural Concept Design, and Interior Design. Estimated preliminary construction cost based on the approved concept design. Construction Schedule.

Budget: 590,000 CAD. 2018 - STAZIONE. A restaurant bar in Dundas West, Toronto. Area: approx. 222 square meters + patios. The survey, Interior Design, and Decoration. Budget: 220,000 CAD. 2019 - A Penthouse Loft in Rome Italy, Interior Design and Decoration.

2016 - 2018 - Direttore Tecnico (Director of Architecture & Engineering Department) for PROGER.

2015 - Project Management for RAMBOLL. Ministry of Interior - Headquarter Buildings - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Design and Build contract. Contractor: El Seif. Main Client: MOI - KSA.

KAP3 Program for the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Buildings: 600+ (National Development Program).

The project scope involves architectural & engineering consultancy services of design review, design development, and construction supervision of some 600 sites (800 buildings) across Saudi Arabia for the implementation of His Highness the King of Saudi Arabia's Security Headquarters Development Project.

The buildings designed are predominantly college/university campuses, police stations, administrative buildings, civic centres, clinics.

2014 - Project Management for KEO, Qatar.

- Projects: New Doha Zoo - Qatar (NDZ) - African Savanna, South America Rainforest, and Asian Grassland and Montana Zoo, Drive ° Walk ° Play, 3 Hotels, and several attractions, 80 ha site.

- Hala 5-Star Plus, West Bay Hotel (High Rise ).

- Doha Grand Park and Car Parks.

2012 - 2013. Project Management for ATKINS. Projects: 1. New Justice Palace - Kuwait City (High-rise twin towers); 2. The New Islamic Centre Al Jabber City, Kuwait.

3. Design Development of the Jeddah Equestrian Club Um Al Quran Central Waterfront (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

2010 - 2011 • Client: Edilmonte. Project Director. Hotel Resort Valle dei Casali, Rome, Italy.

• Client: LEFCA Srl - Construction management of three residential and commercial buildings for 130 residential units and 20 shops.

• Client: Lorenzo Bellini Associates. Project Manager Consultant for various hotels and resorts projects delivered in Italy, Europe, United Arab Emirates (Al Ain and Fujairah), and Libya.

1997 - 2009 • Client: BENTINI SPA. Project management consulting of the EPC contract, LPG3 in Hassi Messaud, Algeria. Value of Works: 22,5 Million Euro.

• Client: STRYKER Inc. Architectural design and engineering, construction supervision of new Stryker's headquarters in Italy; offices-laboratorieswarehouses in Formello (Rome) and Milan. Total project budget: 21.5 Million US Dollars. Areas: 13,000 square meters. (Completed.)

• Client: SERVIER ITALIA SPA. Project: Design, space planning, construction supervision — The new office building complex in Rome, Via Luca Passi.

The Oberoi Resort is an exclusive 5-­‐star resort development, which includes an 82 keys boutique hotel and spa in the stunning harbor of Al Khiran.

Alargan has s igned a Hotel Management Agreement with the Oberoi Group (the leading luxury hotels and resort operator in Asia) to operate the resort.
