•Enroll and retain a thriving student community to maintain an overall 8:1 student:faculty ratio

•Provide an academically challenging environment with an intentionally designed arc of learning from Pre-K to Lower School to Middle School that provides differentiated learning and balances academics, arts and athletics

•Prioritize character development by instilling and living LTS core values in all that we do

•Design and execute on a plan so that every student feels a sense of belonging

•Expand proactive and reactive mental health offerings

•Enhance extracurricular arts and STEM programs to provide a variety of options for students

•Increase experiential and outdoor educational offerings to create future sustainability leaders

An established institution with the necessary resources and governance to support our mission

• Develop a long-term facilities plan for the future needs and maintenance of the campus

• Establish financial security of the school with multi-year reserves and endowments for operations and tuition assistance

• Adhere to best practices established by the National Association of Independent Schools to ensure a wellgoverned school

• Establish clear safety and security policies for all aspects of campus life
