The room that is allocated to you for admission to Heatherwood Court is to be considered by the staff and other patients as private. Patients will not be allowed to enter any room other than their own. We have an expectation that staff will first knock and wait to be invited in before they enter. However, if staff are concerned about the individuals safety they may gain access quickly.
