Our Mission
To generate and guide philanthropic resources to promote excellence in education in the Lee’s Summit R7 Schools. Your funding fosters innovation among our teachers, students and staff. With your help, they can dream about how to achieve their goals and then access Foundation resources, provided by donors like you, to turn their dreams into a reality.

Classroom grants promote excellence and knowledge, and allow teachers to enhance their classrooms with materials and resources.

• Geometry in Construction: workstations in high schools
• Environmental science investigation project supplies for K-2 students district-wide
• Birdhouse Build Project: supplies for 5th-grade students district-wide

New Teacher Grants
Provide NEW LSR7 teachers a grant to get their classrooms up and running.
$10k Student Led Grants
Grants awarded to middle and high school student groups to fund projects for programs and clubs.
$8.5k Parent Night Resource Fair & Seminar
Event open to all LSR7 families, providing access to community resources, and information regarding prevalent issues facing today’s youth. Supporting student mental health and wellbeing.
