Compton Learning Center Teaching Deaf and Hearing-Impaired

Mrs. Hutmacher from McKinley Main had the opportunity the previous two weeks to work with students at the Compton Learning Center. Both our middle and high school students had the opportunity to learn about photography and produce fabulous photos of our school. After working with our middle school students, Mrs. Hutmacher said, “I had the opportunity to work with students at Compton Learning Center. I focused on simple ways to improve their photos. Tyreese Snell was a standout student! He asked great questions and was active in the photography process. He even taught me a few things about pop culture and photoshop.” We are so thankful to Mrs. Hutmacher for giving her time to our students, and to our students for engaging in the learning process during this special lesson at Compton.
