Mr. Cardera works at Boys and Girls Club. He says, 11 1work here because I think all kids need a positive place they can spend time at after school. Where they can explore different interests , make new friends, and be around adults that are committed to preparing them to be successful in life. I love working with kids and there is nothing better than watching our members struggle with something, practice hard at it, nd watching that "light bulb" go off as they finally get 'it' . 11
