Managing Letham4All SCIO

Letham4All SCIO is led and managed by the community through a Board of seven community and two associate trustees. Together they have worked to develop this strategy and plan to help achieve our vision . They have created the policies required to employ staff, safeguard the vulnerable in our community, and operate fairly, keeping people safe when they take part in our activities.

The Board have responsibility to ensure both they, and our staff continue to engage our community and that what we do is based on the aspirations of all members of our community.

A detailed Action Plan is in place to help the Board and our Staff to monitor the progress of work on our priorities and also manage some of the risks that could prevent us from achieving our aims.

Our Board has the responsibility and oversight of all financial matters and is responsible for reporting annually to The Scottish Charity Regulator.
