Letham4All’s priorities and actions for 2022-2026
Priority 1: Own and operate the Letham Community Hub and Letham4All Activities
Implement transitional delivery plans for Letham4All activities during the timescale of the capital works

Commission the new building
Recruit additional Letham Community Hub staff
Implement operating policies and procedures for the building, including Health and Safety
Complete the purchase approved by Perth and Kinross Council with legal team in place to process the sale.
Establish partnership services and income streams from letting spaces in the building

Develop training and a sustainability plan for Letham4All SCIO Board Members

Co-produce family and young children’s activities to contribute to achieving the best start in life for children

Deliver youth work activities across a range of ages from the Letham Community Hub
Engage with the community to develop new approaches to reduce the impact of poverty in the community
Pilot a Community Kitchen/Café approach to alleviate food insecurity
