自 2001 年投身生命教育以來，一直與不同年紀的生命緊密同行。陪伴 生命的過程，也見證著時代、世代演變對生命成長的影響。
每個世代的人都有著他們世代獨有的成長烙印，這些烙印反照著他們所 身處的大環境的狀態、文化、氣氛，他們曾經歷過的成長困難……這二 十多年以來，與不同世代、不同故事的人同行，我發現，雖時移世 易，然而人心的根本需要始終如一。
親愛的大朋友，我們的確需要長大，但是不要失去起初的心，不要忘記 自己最真實的模樣。你會否也曾細看嬰孩學步？我總覺得這過程很叫人 感動，這畫面常常提醒我 我們也曾經這樣努力地學會一樣又一樣的 事情，我們也曾經不怕失敗，嘗試站起來，跌倒，再站起來，直至慢慢 取得平衡，然後踏出一步。那種與生俱來的動力 看見別人能走能跑 能去想去的地方，感到自己的腿有力，發現能用自己雙腿行 走，對於能自己走動充滿好奇，看四周事物都十分有趣，渴望一探究 竟……扶著欄杆，用力撐 起，稍稍笨拙地伸出其中一隻腳 往旁邊踏出， 落地那一剎有一點點失平衡，沒關係，手足夠有力抓穩了！再來一 步，我想看看那邊的紅色毛公仔啊……
是啊，我們曾經都對世界充滿好奇，渴想長大，曾經也困惑於不知道自 己是誰，猶豫該往左還是往右，曾經滿懷希望、曾經失落，也曾經鼓起 勇氣再次前行，感恩有這些過程，一點一滴都累積、成就了往後的自 己。心得保存。在人生高低起跌中，我們可以休息，但不停止向前。
祝願每一所校園的校長、老師們的心得滋養與保存，願「超凡生命繪 本」系列的 3 個作品 《我是值得被愛的，你也是啊！》、《不用 怕，有我在你身旁》和《我是重要的，你也是啊！》成為孩子的祝福之 前，先成為你的祝福！也深願校園能更大發揮作為孕育生命場所的功 效。持續地讓孩子經歷被看見、被珍惜，好奇的心得以保存，受驚的心 得著保護，經歷有同伴一起探索真實世界，從而生出面對生命、面對挑 戰、困難的真實人生參考點。
Since devoting myself to life education in 2001, have been co-walking with people of all ages. During this process, I have witnessed how the growth of a person is impacted by the progression of times and eras.
Each generation has its own unique growth marks, reflecting the environment, culture, atmosphere and challenges they had faced. Along my journey of co-walking with people of different generations and backgrounds in the past 2 decades, I realized that even though times have changed, the fundamental needs of the heart remain the same.
Dear friends, while we do need to grow up, let us not forget where we started, nor lose our most authentic self. Have you ever watched how a baby takes his/her first steps? always find the process very touching. It often reminds me that we also worked so hard to learn one skill after another. Back then, we were not scared of failure: we tried to stand up, fell over, stood up again, until we finally find balance and take a step forward. That is an inborn motivation: seeing others be able to walk, to run, to go to places they want, gaining strength in the legs, being able to control our legs, feeling excited to walk, finding everything interesting, wanting to navigate everything… pulling myself up by holding onto the fence. Let me try to stretch out one leg. Oh! almost lost balance. But it’s ok, I’m holding onto the fence. Let me take another step, want to reach out to that red doll….
Yes, we were once full of curiosity about the world and longed to grow up. We were once confused about who we are, not sure which path to take. We were once filled with hope, sometimes disappointment, but eventually we regained the courage to go forward again. I am thankful for the process, every bit of it has made me become who I am now. May our hearts be protected. In all the ups and downs, we can take a rest, but never stop moving forward.
Principals and teachers in each school, may your hearts be nourished and preserved. May the 3 picture books in “Extraordinary Life Picture Book” Series, including “I Am Worthy of Love, and So Are You!”, “Don’t Be Afraid, for Am with You.”, and “I Am Important, and So Are You!” first be your blessing and then be the children’s! May school campuses become places to nurture lives more profoundly, where children experience being seen and cherished, where curiosity can be preserved, fearful hearts can be protected, and where they can explore the real world with companions, and through this process, develop true references to face life, its challenges and difficulties.
Life is a gift. Cherish you, cherish me!

兔兔說：「我也是啊！我們去森林看看吧！」
Spring had come! The King of the forest, the lion, was

Blossom said, “Bunny, I really anticipate tomorrow’s Spring Celebration!”

Bunny said, “Me too! Let’s go to the forest to have a look!”

小猴子說：「慶典？是不是那些要『坐定定』的悶場合？ 如果我忍不住動來動去，會不會被罵啊……？」
兔兔說：「慶典會很好玩的！我相信你一定會很享受呢！」
Blossom說：「對啊！你是重要的！我們歡迎你！期待你來 一起慶祝啊！」

Blossom和兔兔又跑又跳，來到河邊，看見小鹿小姐。
Blossom 說：「小鹿小姐，我們想邀請你一起參加慶祝春天 的慶典啊！」
小鹿小姐：「你想我表演嗎？」
Blossom：「不是啊！我們只想見到你，和你一起慶祝！」
Blossom and Bunny got to the riverside running and bouncing. And there, they saw Miss Deer.
Blossom said, “Miss Deer, we would like to invite you to join the Spring Celebration!”
Miss Deer asked, “You would like me to perform?”
Blossom said, “No! We just want to see you and celebrate with you!”
Blossom 走到長頸鹿身旁，溫柔地問：「長頸鹿，你 怎麼了？」
長頸鹿低著頭說：「我想幫忙，可是……我怕大家 不喜歡我。我看起來這麼奇怪……」
Blossom ：「怎麼會！無論你外表怎樣，我們都歡迎 你，你是很重要的啊！」
Blossom walked to Giraffe’s side and asked gently, “Giraffe, how are you?”
Giraffe looked down and said, “I would like to help, but… I am worried that people do not like me. I look weird...”
Blossom said, “Of course not! We welcome you no matter how you look, you are important!”
