Carriage
It is important that any goods delivered damaged on arrival must be signed for as damaged, and the carrier’s line endorsed with details of damage. Our office must be informed in writing immediately of any damaged goods delivered.
Customers not receiving goods within 10 days from our confirmed despatch date must notify our sales office in writing otherwise no claims will be accepted for loss in transit.
All claims for loss or damage must be made within the time limit stated in the statutory conditions for claims (i.e. 10 days from date of despatch).
