Have you ever felt that anger when you see you exlover? Or you just had the worst break-up of your life and you think that everything is unfinished between you and your ex-lover? You have that hatred for your ex-lover once your break-up was pretty horrible or have done something bad to you that cause the break-up. But hating your past lover doesn't mean that you don't love them anymore. If somebody ask you if you still love your exlover, you might say to yourself "How can i still love him/her, when i really really hate them." But if you ask yourself, and think deeper about how you feel, if you don't love them anymore, why hate them? If you hate them, it means you still have that hidden feelings beside you. Your hate of that person blocks on how much you care and love them, and you just let your hatred grow because of that bad thing they did to you. So if you hate your ex, there is that chance that you still really care for them. If you don't love them anymore, you wouldn't bother hating them because of what they did. You wouldn't care about them that you just forgot everything they did, you might even end up understanding and forgive them. You would know that you have moved on if you don't feel anything with that person anymore. You might still care but you wouldn't bother thinking anything of the bad things they have done.

How to know that you moved on? Easy, you are able to forgive and forget all the negative things they have done. You should also consider them as one of your past lover whom you cared and loved for. If they did something bad then it doesn't mean you shouldn't forgive them. They were once someone who was really important to you and forgiving them is the best way to show them that you have moved on and the past is left from the past and no future involved. And it is up to you if you want to stay friends with them, or just go back to being strangers. Just always remember that if you want to move on, then just forgive and forget. That is the easiest and hardest way to let go of someone you used to cared and loved for, memories are there to remember not to hate.
