Dear Friends and Partners:
Thank you for connecting with our ministry and investing your time to learn more about our unwavering commitment to saving and transforming the lives of children in Haiti. God has given us a deep love for the Haitian people. We feel strongly in our hearts that you are reading this because your heart is full of Christian compassion and grace for them as well. We humbly thank you.
It has been said that mission work is the closest thing to the heart of God. We could not have begun this journey in Haiti without faith in the God who put this dream and desire into our hearts. As one of the world's poorest nations, the tiny country of Haiti is no stranger to devastation, destruction, and poverty. Recently, we have faced not only the continued effects of the deadly, worldwide pandemic but also the tragic assassination of the President, a breakout of widespread gang violence and political unrest, a massive 7.2 magnitude earthquake in south Haiti, and an unimaginable hunger crisis. Through all this, we continue to walk by faith, ministering to the poorest of the poor, spreading the Word of God, and showing Christ's love by example. We are dedicated to reaching out in Christian love to the most vulnerable people in Haiti, the children.
Your love, your compassion, and your willingness to become involved in helping the children in Haiti have truly been an answer to our prayers.
We have learned God honors faithfulness in small things. He trusts us with the bigger things when we are good stewards of those small things. There are many ways we "preach the Gospel" in Haiti. Most of the ways, we do not use words, but we use love! Love speaks louder than all of our words! We show love by feeding the hungry, building schools for the poor, conducting Mobile Medical Clinics, and much more. Thank you for all your help, love, and encouragement, and for the extraordinary sacrifices you have made. Together, we are rescuing and strengthening the Haitian people - one child, one family, and one village at a time.
“Blessed is he who considers the poor.” Psalm 41:1
Gospel to every creature.” We began ministering in the Philippines, India, Jamaica, Haiti, and many other countries. But our hearts were always pulled back to the precious people of Haiti. On July 1st, 1991, we moved to Haiti as full-time Christian missionaries and we have “never looked back... only forward.”

Everything we do in Haiti is done with integrity and faithfulness to our calling. We are dedicated to making every single dollar donated stretch to meet the critical needs of the Haitian people. We always do everything the best we can to give God all the honor and glory due to Him and to make our donors proud of the money they invest.
Each year, we undergo a very technical audit of our accounting practices in the United States, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. And each year, we receive an excellent report showing that the majority of our expenses go directly to our program services. We feel this lets our donors know just how important they are to us. All of our financial information can be viewed at www.loveachild.com. We are very proud of our accountability to God and our donors.
We never dreamed how far God would take us when we began this journey. Our ministry includes more than we could ever have imagined. We give all the glory to God and are thankful for the great leaders who help make it such a remarkable success. Special thanks to our office staff, especially Sandra Hazelip, our Executive Director, and her husband, Rad, our Assistant Executive Director, who run everything for us in the States. Without them, it would be impossible for us to work in Haiti.
We really need partners like you to stand with us each month. There are so many ways to become involved. You may want to sponsor food or a remote mountain medical clinic or contribute in any way the Lord may lead you to give. Little is much when we work together for God!
May God bless everyone, Missionaries Bobby and Sherry Burnette
