GARDEN FACADE 2021

Brief description:

Remodeling the facade of a single-family residence in Montecristo involves enhancing its exterior appearance and functionality. This includes redesigning the landscaping and creating a welcoming front garden area.

Started with a site survey, then proposed a design, modeled it in Revit, and created realistic renderings in Lumion. This ensured a well-planned and visually appealing transformation.

Brief description:

Once the design is finalized, realistic renderings are created using Lumion to provide the client with a clear vision of the finished project. These renderings showcase the new facade, landscaping features, and front garden layout, helping the client to make informed decisions and visualize the transformation of their home.

BONITA VILLA 2021

Brief description:

Renovation of four existing, three-story, wood-framed affordable housing apartments including conversion of accessible units. Exterior cladding, windows, and door replacements. Upgraded waterproofing and ventilation in the crawlspace (where applicable). New accessible path to the right of way, relocation of trash enclosures out of the flood plain, grind and overlay existing parking lot with minor alterations for an efficient layout.

Brief description:

Renovation of twelve existing, two stories, wood framed affordable housing apartments including conversion of accessible units. Exterior cladding, windows and unit entry doors replacement. All new compliant stairs, stair railings, and landing railings. Upgraded waterproofing and ventilation. New accessible path to right of way, new accessible trash enclosure, grind and overlay existing parking lot with minor alternations for efficient layout, pool fence renovation and ada lift. Three new laundry closets under existing roof.

The scope of this proposal includes reporting to OMNIYAT any clashes found in the 2D models received by the Consultants. This will ensure that all parties are aware of any potential issues and can work together to resolve them efficiently.

In this process, the construction management, along with the experienced team of architects and engineers, conducted a thorough review of the plans received by OMNIYAT. The goal was to detect any coordination problems among the consultants identified in their drawing sets.

In conclusion, this project exemplifies the potential of Revit 2022 as a versatile tool for creating detailed construction components and families tailored to the diverse needs of the United States construction industry. Through meticulous design, parameterization, and collaboration, we have achieved a new standard of efficiency, accuracy, and quality in construction detailing.

The project involves the tenant improvement of an existing mercantile retail space without a change in use from a Program of 25 stores, all over the Pacific Coast in U.S.. This undertaking encompasses the installation of new interior partitions, finishes, and fixtures to revitalize the space. Additionally, it includes the implementation of new lighting, electrical, and mechanical systems to enhance functionality and efficiency. Furthermore, new plumbing and fixtures will be integrated to meet the evolving needs of the space, ensuring a comprehensive transformation that aligns with modern standards and aesthetics.
