LOUISVILLE LADDER ANNOUNCES A DESIGN CHANGE FOR THE DEEP TOP OPTION ON STEEL ROLLING LADDERS
Louisville Ladder will no longer offer a pre-welded deep top platform on GSW and GSX series steel rolling ladders. The change is a global design change to our product offering. Our data indicates that too high a percentage of these units are damaged in transit because the extra deck is welded on prior to shipment. Therefore we will include the extra deck section(s) along with the other deep top components in a carton that can be shipped with the rest of the ladder. Included with this communication are assembly instructions.
