Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am. There is an early departure fee of $50.00.
Wi-Fi/Hilton Honors:

Hotel Parking Charge:
Self-Parking costs are waived for any persons booked at the hotel. There is a charge of $14/day for overnight valet on the surface lot (50% discount).
Convention Center Parking Charge:
For commuters, the parking garage is easily accessible from Spring or Market Street, and the price is $8.00 per car. There are 800 parking spaces and a sky bridge that connects to the Convention Center from the garage.
Travel:
If traveling by plane, use airport code SHV and fly into the Shreveport Regional Airport, 5103 Hollywood Ave, Shreveport, LA. ADVISORS TRAINING
ATTENTION COLLEGIATE ADVISORS
Advisors Training will be conducted during the LouisianaJamaica State Meeting in Shreveport, LA. The eight (8) hour training workshop will be held Friday, February 24, 2023, at the Hilton Shreveport Convention Center from 9 am to 5 pm.
The training is for: members who currently serve as advisors, members whom the Regional Director has provisionally selected to serve as an Advisor, as well as members interested in becoming advisors.
All Advisors must attend Advisor Training every two (2) years.
*Please note that attendance does not guarantee an appointment.
Once the Registration Form is completed, submitted, and received, you will be placed on the attendance roster.
Prior to the training, you will receive the Training Agenda and Workshop Manual.
Lunch will be provided at the cost of $40, including fees. No outside food is allowed in the Convention Center.
