Project set to complete September 2023. Morgan Cass were appointed to undertake the full installation of M&E services to 172 flats and full infrastructure on a modular build in Harlow.

Morgan Cass were awarded the Electrical Package for the refurbishment of the Mandarin Hotel Spa. The main works included installation of high-end light fittings with a complex Lutron lighting control system.
