This semester has been tough for me at times, even overwhelming. From the staircase project to the final project, there were many moments when I felt lost and uncertain. Thank you for pulling me out of those difficult times. Your words always brought me inspiration and clarity, like a light guiding me through confusion. I’m especially grateful that, when you found out there was an issue with my grade, you immediately did everything you could to help that truly meant a lot to me. I know I still have a long way to go, but having you as my teacher has been the greatest comfort during this challenging and trying semester.
Atthestartof thisproject,Iwantedtodesignsomethingthatdidn’tfeellikeatypical house. I aimed to explore beyond the kind of buildings I might design 30 years from now. That’s why I created a wall-less bach focused on bird observation a space uniquelysharedbetweenmeandmysister.
The absence of walls was intentional; I wanted to create a continuous, open space without dividing it by specific functions. This openness also allows the bach to bond morecloselywithnature, blendingtheinteriorandexteriorseamlessly.
