June 2013- Ravensbourne CAREER HISTORY September 2014 – Hostess -Sophie Mallebranche Stand - Decorex • My main role involved assisting Head of Sales and Office Assistant in welcoming visitors to the stand.

• I represented the brand and the brand values.

• I was tasked with giving visitors to the stand general information on the company and products.

• I helped prepare promotional material to be given out at the stand during the day.

• I assisted with the opening, closing and general upkeep of the booth.

• I advised potential customers on how the product can be used within their design projects.

July 2014- August 2014 – Times Educational Supplement – Prime- Temp Interim Administrator • My main task on a daily basis involved researching the history of each interim candidate in terms of

performance of schools they have led from Ofsted reports and Google searches.

• With the information I collected when researching I then preparation of candidate summaries.

• Whilst at TES I demonstrated organisational skills, both on the computer and in the departments filing system.

• I was also tasked with contacting candidates who had expressed an interest in the past to find out their current situation.

• I maintained daily data of candidates and placed candidates on File Finder.

• I was responsible for formatting of candidates’ CV and references into house style.

June- July 2014 -SHAWN HAUSMAN DESIGN -Interior Design Assistant- Freelance • I was tasked with the administration of four live projects; two based in London and two in America.

• My daily tasks included creating specification sheets for FF&E and Schedules, for each of the four projects.

• I was tasked with contacting suppliers to gain quotes for products, regularly.

• I researched products, their product specifications and suppliers of the products • I was responsible for the creation of mood board and presentations to high-end clients.

September – December 2013- JAY WATSON DESIGN- Design Assistant • As a team I helped manage Jay Watson’s stand at Design Junction.

• I helped to prepare the stand for the show.

• I assisted in proof reading and amendment of interview for major magazine.

• I was tasked with the creating of lighting orders from scratch.

• I complied with health and safety regulations for small scales electrical products, as well as general health and safety when in the office/ workshop.

• I regularly corresponded with customers in regards of orders, shipping and delivery.

• I produced instructional documents for products and catalogues of the company’s products on InDesign.

• I created technical drawings of new interiors and products using Solidworks and Vectorworks.

June- September 2012- JAY WATSON DESIGN- Intern • I produced a set of instructions for the product called ‘Newspaper Stool’ within InDesign, which were given away at Tent London as a piece of marketing and promotion.

• I then outsourced a printer within the budget to produce the set of instructions.

• I liaised with manufacture of printed material to ensure a perfect delivery.

• I helped to prepare the stand for a show at Tent London.

• I assisted in talking to visitors of Jay Watson’s stand at Design Junction.

• I created and managing a Facebook page to encourage social media around his products.

June 2007 - Present - PET CARE VETERINARY SURGERY- Kennel Assistant • My main task involved the maintaining of equipment for use in consultations and surgery.

• I regularly assist the nurses and vets with administering minor medical aid.

• I support the veterinary nurses with admin and stocktaking.

• I have been tasked with the training of junior members of staff within surgery on many occasions.

• Daily, I am responsible for Postal duties and using petty cash, and making tea.

• I assist the cleaning team with the maintenance and regular cleaning of the surgery.

I have recently been involved with Future First, where I have been going back into The Business Academy to talk to students about the opportunities they may discover after Sixth form. Since then, I have been asked to be a part of a poster campaign within the school.
