PRESS RELEASE 6.9.2017 Forward to Labour press office. HEREBY NOTICE IN WRITING ISSUED TO LABOUR PARTY MP LOUISE HAIGH THE FOLLOWING: LABOUR PARTY INTERVENTION – ALLEGATIONS OF FALSIFICATION OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS PRODUCED AND CONTAINED WITHIN WRITTEN REPORTS COMPILED AND PRODUCED BY MAXIMUS HEALTH CARE ON BEHALF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF WORKS AND PENSIONS IN FEBUARY 2017. During the month of September labour party members will be involved in presenting H.M Tribunal court evidence to intervention staff at higher levels within the labour party.Close working representatives of Labour MP Louise Haigh stated in writing very recently that more information about the provider of the evidence is required. It is obvious from previous newspaper articles that MP Louise Haigh herself has produced her own political observations and issued statements about concerns, the member herself has about the subject of certain continued practices used by Maximus and the general behaviour of this health care company. Additionally other media evidence publically available also exposes Maximus as a company that has frequently crossed the line between negligence and falsification. For example within the areas of statements made in interviews with clients and notified results of performed Maximus body function analysis. However the H.M tribunal court evidence issued in August 2017 now available to the labour party demonstrates very clearly how Maximus have stepped even further over this line by providing false medical conditions within reports to the Department of Works and pensions. This press release proposes the idea that the obvious development by Maximus of providing false medical conditions within reports has now been identified by labour party members through actual examination of court evidence and NHS medical records before then deciding themselves that the allegations of falsification made against Maximus health care should be brought to the attention of higher level staff members of the Labour party for further assessments. Maximus and the Department of Works and pensions have in the past been investigated by the United Nations for alleged human rights violations against disabled persons,at present the Department of Works and Pensions have not yet provided any form of evidence that suggests Maximus health care is being investigated by the DWP for providing false evidence.
