CHILDREN’S CHORUS OF LA BOHÈME

Year 9 student Claudia Healey swapped school uniform for the clothes of a 1930s Berlin street urchin in the Sydney Opera House production of Puccini’s romantic opera La Bohème. Claudia, who is studying for AMEB exams in vocals, and sings with the Senior and Chamber Choirs, found her experience fascinating.

“It was amazing to see all of the work put in behind the scenes of a production. I really valued the experience of working with the professionals in the industry - the actors, dancers, costume designers, makeup artists, hair stylists, chorus masters, principal singers, conductors, musicians, choristers and more.”
