Hey!! My name is Lorenzo

l´m a 27 years old Architect from Argentina

I have been working for a couple of years in the same study of architecture, I started when l was studying and after my degree l still working in the same place leading and designing better and more complex projects

As a designer I ve been envolved in big residential projects from luxury houses around 400/650 m2

After that I ve been leading the project and construction team of Wellmod who is doing Modular houses focused on tourist and rental units, also developing a bussines plan for the rental units

I consider myself as a cheerful and friendly person I´m always trying to create a positive enviroment where everybody feels confortable I always want to learn about the place that I´m woking and my goal is to add value to the place with the experience that l ve got. I have got the values to always say please and thank you

95 m2 Lodge located on the outskirts of the city of Cordoba, the neiborhood is called Potrerillo de Lareta.

Conceived as an inviting weekend house with a wonderful view over the mountains and quite close to one of the best golf courts in the country.

The customer wanted to have a direct conection with views of the hills just in front of the south side of the house, conected with a big gallery of 15 m2 where you can enjoy a barbacue with the family and jump inside the pool.

This house was the first Project of wellmod, a Company started between Marcelo Palmero and me in the end of 2019.

This 100 m2 house was inserted in a pines forest in Atos Pampas, Cordoba, Argentina.

This house was built for an architect who was looking for a new way to build, who was fast and really efective, because it was really hard to get into the place. We designed this modular house as a stress free enviroment in the middle of the woods.

The customer lives in the biggest argentinian city with 12 millon people, and he wanted a calm and peaceful place to enjoy the weekends.

Next to the house, we can found a river to enjoy the views and have a swim.

This house was the most complex instalation of the company. We had to cross mountains and snowy hills to install it.

WELLMOD

VJ HOUSE

This 60 m2 house was installed as an ampliation of the main house in the close neighborhood of San Isidro, Villa allende, Cordoba, Argentina.

The idea of this project is to provide a space for the client’s son, the child has a disability and has to walk with assistance. For this reason, the bathroom has special measures so he can use it independently.

This is next to the main house, so we had to be very careful with the instalation.

We had to use cranes for the installation since we had to go through a 3 meters green fence.

The interior decoration was provided for Casa 12, one of the most important interior desing stores in Cordoba.

WELLMOD SHOWROOM

The first one, the prototype, the root of Wellmod. We designed this showroom as our warrior, it was the biggest challenge, because a lot of people was talking about that it wasn´t going to work.

Was conceived as the most profitable unit designed, the idea was show everybody what is gonna happend with this new way to build.

Wellmod wants to show a new way to develop prefabricated houses, in a very fast way and with high quality.

The company is not only presented as a builder of dreams, it also presents a business plan for those who want to invest in real estate and build hotel complexes and rental houses.

PASO CALMO

This is the first rental house complex designed and developed for Wellmod. Located in Valle de Calamuchita, Cordoba, Argentina, Paso Calmo is a 5 (five) houses complex in the stage 1 to finish with 11 (eleven) houses in the second stage.

Paso calmo is constituted by 3 units of 55m2; 1 80m2 unit and a 100 m2 unit. All the units have solar energy and renewable water, been an ecofriendly complex.

On this occasion, the owners decided to use a different exterior coating than the one we had been using on previous models, giving a new language to the wellmod units.

Paso Calmo was fully booked all the last high season and with an 80% ocupation in low season.

MINISITER HOUSE

Renders for a 650m2 house in La Deseada, Cordoba, Argentina.

The project was for the minister of transport of Cordoba city. First modeling in Revit and rederized with Lumion 9.0.

He has a big family, with his wife and 4 kids around 12 and 21 years old. Every space has been designed to keep the privacity of all the family.

We have got a 4 history house with a big hill inside the site, we take advantage of the unevenness to form terraces that allow us to enjoy the incredible views that the land gives us.

FLAHERTY HOUSE 02.2

Renders for a 315m2 house in Lomas de los Carolinos, Cordoba, Argentina.

The project was to remodelate the front facade, the cusromer loved the work we did and after that, asked us to remodelate the interior of the house. First modeling in Revit and rederized with Lumion 9.0.

They are a young couple, 32 years old Marcos and 33 Natalia. The new face of the house was designed to receive all their friends. The materials that we used here were a big problem because the wood that we tried to use wasn´t available so we had to modify the wood.

Parque Productivo del Este

We made an intervention in a large park of 450 htas. crossed by the suquia river and located about 15 minutes from the city center. Today it is totally forgotten and there is a lot of informal assentments. The idea of the park is rehab the zone and give an oportunitty to work to this people who is almost margined of the society at the moment.

Showing how to stop the growing of the city with a new sistem of permeable borders, who delimits the park and organize the interior of the park. The park is organized in a System of 3 consecutive parks, each one with a different role and way to live it.

03.2 FAUDI PROJECTS

Utopias in Tucuman

This projet was made in a abandonated building, than never been completed. The construction was built for the University of Tucuman in the 1960s´.

After diferent goverments, they took the decision to not continue with the construction of this huge erection. Located in the middle of a natural reserve, only this huge strcuture has been built. The structure is 350mts x 22mts and 5 stories. We created a sustainable village, where people decide to live there in a healthy and sustainable way. We have been working in how take profit for the garbage produce for this people and the waste of the city. Complementig this movement, we also plan a community lifestyle, where many of the spaces and activities are shared. The strong point of this project is the new lifestyle and the Eco-friendly experience that you are gonna have living there. You can choose how many time do you want to stay over there and learn the skills that you need to change your habits and become in someone sustainable.
