Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania in the heart of the Pocono Mountains is our four-season country club offering golf, tennis, water sports, boating and fine dining. Embracing the grounds and architecture of the historic Brewster Estate, Lords Valley Country Club (LVCC) is everything you are looking for in a home away from home.

More important than the amenities is the Club’s welcoming attitude toward new members. The Club motto is “Where friends become family” and it is more than just a saying. It’s our way of life!

AWARDS & AFFILIATIONS

We are proud and honored to be recognized as a multi-year member of the Platinum Clubs of America, a designation restricted to the top 150 country clubs nationwide. In addition, our Club has been honored as both an Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary and a Groundwater Guardian Greensite for many years.

LVCC has been my family’s “home away from home” since I was 11 years old, beginning in 1970 with my parents and two brothers. My wife and I became full members ourselves in 1996 and now it’s the same for our sons. The countless friends we’ve made and the fun we’ve had over these many decades have made LVCC an indispensable getaway for all of us!

DINING Our Club’s Executive Chef is known for his constantly changing menus, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate special dietary requests for members and their guests. For members who participate in golf and tennis, we also offer varied menu items—including a make-yourown salad option—at our Gamehouse snack bar.

GOLF At LVCC, a beautiful, USGA-rated challenging, championship course designed by Norman Woods awaits you. A practice range, chipping and putting greens, locker rooms, a pro shop and a ‘19th hole’ clubhouse complete the golf facility. Our professional staff runs clinics every week in the summer, including children’s and beginners’ sessions.

In-season events include: breast cancer and prostate cancer research fundraisers, tournaments and weekly noncompetitive golf events, Sadie Hawkins day tournament, and social golf.

When I first joined I was asked if I play golf. I said ‘Yes, but badly.’ The response, ‘We were all new players once and this is the perfect place to learn—don’t worry, you’ll fit right in’ and that was the truth!

TENNIS The tennis facility’s ten Har-Tru courts show LVCC tennis at its best.

Whether you enjoy competitive tennis or simply play for recreation, our facilities, tennis pro, and staff will help you bring your game to the next level.

Everyone in the family can take advantage of the courts, clinics, and tennis pro’s expertise. Weekly men’s, women’s, and co-ed clinics focus on strategy and are a great compliment to the skill sessions we offer.

Multi-day camps for children, along with many social events and tournaments, enhance the full tennis experience.

POOL The beautifully situated 120’ by 40’ heated swimming pool, complete with a water slide, is the center of LVCC’s waterfront activities. Lounge by the pool while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view of Upper Hemlock Lake and our golf course.

The pool, patio, snack bar and shaded awnings make this the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
