Terms and conditions: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and are transferable only at the discretion of LOPC management, with at least 48 hours notice. All participants must fill in a consent form, for children this must be signed by their legal parent or guardian. Members will be added to our database, with membership being renewable each calendar year. People joining from 1st October onwards will be members for the following calendar year as well.
