Loop 360 is the operational heart of the wider Loop Group, one of the few organisations globally able to deliver workplace expertise across the full lifecycle. From consultancy and design through to fit-out, smart systems integration and ongoing facilities management, we create and sustain workspaces that empower people and support performance.
Founded in 2012, Loop has built a strong reputation for delivering inspiring environments that work, functionally, culturally and commercially. Loop 360 was established to complete that journey, providing seamless, intelligent facilities management that unites compliance, care, and customer experience.
Loop 360 delivers a fully integrated FM service, combining both hard and soft disciplines under one accountable team. We work with premium office environments and forwardthinking organisations who expect a consistently high standard, not just in how their buildings operate, but in how they feel to the people who use them.
Our hard service offering includes proactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, statutory compliance management, and engineering support that keeps buildings safe, operational, and future-ready. Alongside this, soft services
cover front-of-house staffing, security, cleaning, and office support, with all teams selected and trained to embody your brand and enhance the daily experience of occupiers and visitors.
Every contract is underpinned by a tailored planned preventive maintenance (PPM) regime, aligned to SFG20 and statutory requirements. We also manage all relevant areas of compliance, including fire safety, emergency lighting, legionella, F-Gas, and pressurised systems, with assurance that records are up to date and regulatory changes are tracked on your behalf.
Our helpdesk operates around the clock to provide a single, dependable point of contact for all FM needs. Whether it's scheduling planned works, logging a fault, requesting support or escalating an urgent issue, our dedicated team is always on hand.
We believe that communication and responsiveness are key to delivering real value, so we ensure that both site-based and remote teams are aligned, proactive, and supported with the tools and authority to act fast when it matters most.
In addition to day-to-day FM, Loop 360 offers scalable project delivery and small works support, covering everything from statutory remedials and infrastructure upgrades to workspace reconfigurations and asset replacement programmes. Our project managers work closely with clients to ensure works are planned, costed and delivered with minimal disruption, and always to a high standard.
Because we operate both operationally and strategically, we’re able to bring deeper insight to capital planning, lifecycle management, and change delivery, ensuring the physical workplace evolves alongside your business.
At Loop 360, we believe that effective FM isn’t just about reacting to today’s issues, it’s about preparing for tomorrows. That’s why we incorporate lifecycle forecasting as a key component of our asset management approach.
Using detailed asset condition data captured through our PPM regime and verified via site surveys, we develop long-term lifecycle forecasts that predict capital expenditure requirements over 5, 10 and 15-year horizons. This allows clients to take a proactive view of asset renewal, budget allocation and strategic planning, avoiding unexpected costs and ensuring building performance is sustained over time.
Our forecasts provide clear visibility of asset life expectancy, degradation trends and risk areas, allowing you to make smarter investment decisions. Whether it’s HVAC replacement, electrical infrastructure upgrades or endof-life plant items, we help ensure that capital works are anticipated, justified and scheduled in line with your business needs.
Lifecycle forecasting is integrated into our digital platform, Nhance, so you have a single, central view of both short-term service delivery and long-term asset strategy, helping you manage today while planning confidently for the future.
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering inspiring and sustainable environments, our trusted supplier, Urban Planters, has developed a tailored planting scheme to enhance the client’s workplace. The scheme features a thoughtfully selected mix of live and replica non-flowering plants, positioned throughout key areas including general office zones, storage areas, and collaborative spaces.
Visually striking and air-purifying species such as Strelitzia Nicolai, Ficus Lyrata, and Scindapsus Aureum have been chosen for their ability to elevate aesthetic appeal while supporting occupant wellbeing. All
plant displays will be professionally maintained through monthly visits by trained Urban Planters technicians, who will carry out watering, feeding, cleaning, pruning, and plant replacements as needed to ensure each installation remains healthy and attractive.
To complement the planting, a fresh flower arrangement will be delivered and installed weekly, early each Monday morning, by experienced florists. This service introduces a regular seasonal refresh, helping to maintain a dynamic, vibrant, and uplifting atmosphere across the workplace.
Two flexible options are available: a Rental & Maintenance Plan or an Outright Purchase Plan with optional maintenance. Each package covers installation and regular upkeep, including watering, feeding, pruning, pest control, and plant replacement where needed.
Sustainability remains a core focus, with technicians using electric vehicles where feasible and maintenance routes planned to reduce environmental impact.
Loop 360 offers something different from the transactional, box-ticking models common in the FM market. We focus on partnerships, on long-term alignment, personalised service, and the quality of everyday experience. As a boutique provider, we’re agile and responsive, but backed by the deep infrastructure and expertise of Loop Group.
Clients trust us not just to maintain their space, but to protect their brand, support their people, and enhance their workplace culture. With Loop 360, you get more than a contractor. You get a partner that understands the detail, cares about the result, and stays committed for the long term.
“The team are all very friendly and, approachable, always available to discuss the needs of the office. They treat each job, no matter how big or small, with the same level of care and attention.
I would not hesitate to recommend Loop to any other office looking for assistance…the team are very reliable and always respond promptly.
