At Loopper, we prioritize the quality standards of our products For every custom-made production, we conduct an upfront SGS test. This test rigorously evaluates and ensures the functionality of the product, as well as the quality of the materials used.
Functionality test SGS
At Loopper, functionality tests are conducted during the production period. For items such as toys, rigorous testing is done to check for any loose parts to ensure they meet safety standards. We provide comprehensive test reports to our clients, offering transparency and assurance of product quality and safety
Laboratory test
In addition to functionality tests, SGS also conducts lab tests. During production, a fixed number of products are randomly selected and tested. Loopper exclusively imports products from China that have passed these stringent tests, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for our customers.
Quality marks
The packaging material of all products made by Loopper bears the European Quality mark, signifying our commitment to providing products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Code of Conduct Loopper adheres to the CSR principles of the UNGC (United Nations Global Compact) and has also developed its own Code of Conduct for factories. We are committed to upholding ethical standards and promoting responsible business practices throughout our supply chain. ISO-Code Our office in China exclusively collaborates with factories that hold valid ISO 9000 certificates These certificates are readily available and can always be presented to our customers, ensuring transparency and confidence in our manufacturing processes. Audits The primary focus of our audits lies in ensuring compliance with XSR guidelines. If requested by the customer, we can conduct audits on specific factories Loopper is equipped to perform visual inspections and generate comprehensive audit reports. Additionally, we verify if the factory in question is registered in a central database, with Sedex global being an example of such a database.
