LLEDÓ GROUP LED's

Quality Lighting Products Since 2007 Lledó Group has argued that the development of new LED products is necessary to keep the company at the forefront. Therefore, it continually adapts its production processes to achieve the best lighting systems. All our products have LED technology incorporating the best binning with the aim of achieving the maximum colour, consistency and luminous flux. The larger size of the ellipse, the more variation in LED colour tones within a finished product; Lledó Group has decided to ensure the colour temperature in all its products during all its lifetime. The binnings used in the designs are, and will never be more, than 3-4 ellipses of variation for an established colour temperature. The lifetime of the light source of our products is according to the method of evaluation of luminaires IES LM79. 50,000 hours 70% LM (Ta: 25 °C).

Quality thermal management After selecting the application that is directed towards the final product, it is compulsory to design or study not only the proper factors of LED technology, but the environment where it will be installed, as it will be the key factor for the declared parameters of use to be compatible. Using software thermal simulation, a preliminary analysis of the materials used and performing real tests in various environments before they are put on the market make the products that we offer here to gain our trust and reliability over time.

Optical distribution quality PHI-REFLECTOR® has a design based on the proportion of golden ratio and it is made by a distribution of facets without rotational symmetry which provides a uniform light distribution. It guarantees a high luminous output and optimises a spotlight source achieving uniform light and a high visual comfort. All our luminaires incorporate optical elements that grant them with the ‘Class 0’ classification with unlimited exposure complying with the provisions of the UNE-EN62471: 2009 on the photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems.

Quality supply systems Supply systems or drivers are fully adapted to the LED set and convert voltage at a constant current ensuring a reliable system. The development of appropriate auxiliary equipment is essential for our LED products. Also the control of LED luminaires takes place in the auxiliary equipment according to the principle of modulation by pulse PWM, ensuring the product lifetime even when this is regulated. In our catalogue you will find DALI dimmable and 1-10 V versions with this technology of modulation by pulse. Another essential factor for our equipment is that they have a compensated power factorensuring lifetime and the absence of harmonics in the main network.

This light colour is ideal for bakery products or jewelry and has an exceptional colour performance of CRI> 90. Gold+: 2,400 K. This colour of light has a light brown tint to give a ‘freshly baked’ look to the baked goods such as croissants and baguettes. Meat: Pink. The colour of the perfect light for the cold meat counters. The white tones of fat are not distorted by the colour of the light, but the red tone of meat appears really tasty. Meat+: Red. The fresh meat have a saturated red colour under this light. Made of opal extruded polycarbonate with headers in die-cast aluminium in white colour. On request available in any colour from the RAL chart.

Bright white inner reflector combined with a main body made of optimized steel for LED technology.

Electrical connection through a connected hose for installation of 3 or 5 poles x 1 mm2 of 1,000 mm length. Halogen free according to the norm UNE 21123.

LED OUTDOOR

LED OUTDOOR ONIX

Mains voltage: 220-240 W / 50-60 Hz. Adjustable joint in the header using the mounting accessories for an orientation of up to 110°. Mounting: Outdoor (optional indoor) by mounting accessories (ordered separately). Thanks to the anchorages with adjustable orientation, ONIX allows its installation in wall, ceiling and floor. For those installations on the ceiling and on the ground where the orientation of the light is not required, there are available specific stainless steel brackets. The electrical connection and the control is performed externally to the luminaire through male-female connectors IP65 (please order separately). The luminaire comes preinstalled with 0.5 m cable for both the DALI/DMX signal as power supply/wiring to prevent opening on site and to ensure from factory its sealing index. The RGB/DALI version has independent power supply and control line wiring. Initial/intermediate version incorporates wiring. Electronic equipment for DALI or DMX 512RDM for auto-addressing the system without opening the luminaire on site.

The anchorage system with progressive adjustment allows us to have a more precise orientation of the luminaire groups, obtaining more accurate reference points.

The incorporation of standard wiring for connection prevents opening the luminaire on site for its connection. ONIX allows a wide rotation that goes from 110° to -110° for an accurate staging.

Use static hidden fasteners for performing light sweeps on vertical surfaces or general lighting solutions where the orientation of the lighting system is not required.

TERM GLOSSARY

ECOLUM: non-profit organization for waste management caused by luminaires. Lled贸 Iluminaci贸n S.A and its associate factories are ECOLUM members in order to comply with the European regulations regarding waste disposal (RAEE). Luminous efficacy (lm/W): it is the fraction of electrical energy turned into light, namely, watts of visible light produced per watt of electricity energy consumed. Luminaire efficacy (lm/W): total lumens produced by a luminaire deducting all the losses due to the dissipation system, driver and the optical component per watt consumed. EPBD (Energy Performance of Building Directive): Directive on the energy performance of buildings within the framework of the European work to fight against Climatic Change. Power factor: measure of the phase difference between the voltage and the current drawn by an electrical device, such as a ballast/driver. The power factors could be between 0 and 1.0 (the last one being right). The power factor of all the luminaries of the GREEN LIGHTING catalogue is corrected (>0.95). You have to take into account this information, because the energy companies can penalize users for using devices with a low power factor. Reflection factor: the ratio of lighting level reflected by a surface and the lighting level that reflects on it.

Luminous flux (Lumens): measure of the light output or light emitted (lm) by a light source. Luminous flux of luminaires with LED light source (Lumens): the measure of luminous flux or amount of light emitted (lm) by a light source according to the associated colour temperature. In this total luminous package emitted by the luminaires of our catalogue of luminaires GREEN LIGHTING LED, it is already deducted all the loss due to the dissipation system, driver and the optical component. IK: degree of protection against external mechanical impacts on the luminaires. This value is indicated by an IK code according to EN-50102/A1. Illuminance E (lx): it is the luminous flux incident on a surface divided by the size of said surface. The Maintained illuminance (Em) is the minimum required level to do a task. These values are given in the European standard EN12464. Colour Rendering Index (CRI): international system used to measure the ability of a light source to reproduce the colours of the objects faithfully in comparison with an ideal or natural light source.

Electromagnetic interference: interference emitted by radio waves which are produced by high frequency electronic equipment and other electronic devices in small quantity and can affect other electronic equipment. IP: Index Protection Rating of the luminaires according to European standard UNE-EN 60598. The protection levels consist of two numbers A and B which indicate the degree of protection. The first digit (A) indicates the protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects and the second digit (B) indicates the protection provided against the liquid entrance. Kelvin: standard unit for designing colour temperature/light tone of a light source. Kilowatt hour (kWh): standard measure of electrical energy and billing standard unit for energy delivered to consumers by electric utilities. Lamp: term used to indicate the complete set of the light source. Lled贸 SUNOPTICS: DAYLIGHT SYSTEM based on technical skylights which incorporate the latest technology in prismatic diffusers. This solution optimises the performance of the conventional lighting systems by control systems obtaining significant energy savings and visual comfort. Luminaire: lighting device that comprises a light source and the operating equipment, as well as the optical components designed to distribute light.

High performance luminaires: general or accent lighting systems that deliver, direct or transform the light emitted by high-tech optics, optimizing lighting and energy levels of our environments. Task area: horizontal, vertical or oblique surface, in which the work is often performed. In this surface light levels are adapted to the task. Lampholder: device designed to support the lamp (light source) mechanically as well as allow contact with terminals in order to comply its function safely. Control systems: technology associated with the luminaire which combines time control systems according to the use of space, presence detection systems according to the occupancy level and daylighting detection systems to reduce artificial lighting levels according to the hours of the day, with the main target to make the facilities more efficient. Colour temperature (K): number that indicates the degree of 'yellow' or 'blue' of a white light source. The colour temperature of the yellowish white light sources (warm colours) ranges from 2,700 K to 3,000 K. The colour temperature of the blueish white light sources (cold colours) ranges from 4,000 K to 6,000 K.
